Sorry you guys.. Just about every single time I go through your drive through something is wrong. I ask for sweetener in the coffee I get none. I ask for extra cream I get none. I ask for a side of extra cream staff become argumentative and tell me that they have to charge me. To top off the list on the 3rd of this month I told the person to add money to my Starbucks card --- Low and Behold -- This morning when I went to another Starbucks drive through anticipating a quick come and go.. Nope there was no money on the Starbucks card. I also did not get the promotional stars for the deal running last week because my Starbucks card was not charged.. THANK YOU DRIVE THROUGH STAFF FOR SCREWING ME ON 2 ACCOUNTS FOR THAT ONE VISIT!!!!!! and no I typically do not have time to turn around and have staff correct the issue because I am usually 30 Minutes away on my way to work or like today just finding out that staff didn't do the job I asked them to do till about...
