This review popped up for me. Its funny. Cuz I still remember how this girl treated me. Even better. Ive never walked into a Starbucks since. After this i found Dutch Bros and immediately fell in love. Its so much better. I used to spend $50 a week at this Starbucks location. Now im spending that at Dutch Bros. And always get pleasant experience. In a way I can say thank you to this establishment for mistreating me. It led me to something better.
My review from 2 years ago: Had a bad customer service experience here a few weeks back. Contacted corporate and they did give me a free drink in the mail. I did appreciate that. Problem is I haven't even felt a craving for Starbucks anymore cuz Im just bummed about how I was treated. It completely turned me off to the whole brand. Luckily I started going to Dutch Bros and it turned out. I like it so much more anyways. I dont even plan on using that free Starbucks drink now. You guys should really think about how you service your customers. There is a lot of competition in our area. It sometimes only takes one bad experience to...
Read moreI am 4th generation CO Springs AND never in my life have I ever been asked to NOT smoke outside in my vehicle! MAYBE if this location was still a bank! BUT as a publicly traded and privately owned lot......YOU GUYS HAVE NO RIGHT TO ASK THAT OF A PATRON! ....The use of any tobacco – including cigars, cigarettes, pipe tobacco, electronic cigarettes, and smokeless tobacco – is prohibited inside and outside of all El Paso County-owned or leased buildings and adjacent areas, including parking lots, garages, etc. (Does El Paso County OWN that building?!?!) LAst I check, ever since the bank sold that building...IT IS NOT A county owned!... will keep my cigar lit the next time I come through the drive thur. Out of all the Starbucks in the Springs...this one is the only one that has the nerve to say/ask something so stupid of a paying customer. lol. Amazed at the audacity of these folks at this location. Stick to Stetson Hills and/ or Dublin location....in fact, ANY location other than this one! Maybe one day this location will sell the building again and turn back...
Read moreI've been to this location several times to meet with a friend to study with. Usually early on Sunday mornings. If you sign up for Starbucks you can use their free WiFi. There is ambient music playing, and depending on where in the room you are determines how loud it will be for you. On the left side of the cash register is an enclave where the speakers aren't as loud. I know the snacks are overpriced, sometimes it doesn't matter (like at the movies). I've had the cheese danish (heated), and their spicy chorizo sandwich. Both of which were delicious in my opinion (And great for studying energy). EVERY time I've visited this location there has been a long line of cars waiting in the drive thru lane. And from what I've been able to observe is that they're wait time each, isn't very long at all. This location has always been clean inside. Knowledgeable and friendly wait staff every time thus far. And we've always have no problem finding a place to study inside. Parking is free but there's not a lot of it at...
