I really hate to see a mall die and it pains me to leave this review but now that the unisex restroom has been closed proving this place doesn't care about nonbinary patrons, coupled with the staff often forgetting the signature cookie, and finally the price. Not only are displayed prices going up, but when I checked my bank they actually charged me more than advertised. That is unforgivable and inexcusable. I have tried not to complain. I do Uber Eats but I feel since there is no option on the app to make notes that I’d your getting Teriyaki chicken you should just include the teriyaki sauce. The north academy location has implemented this and it has worked great. Also, it should jut be normal to add soy sauce to the order.
