So when I walked in the Guy acknowledged me and asked what I was looking for. I told him kratom extract to which he said “oh okay do you have an I.D. On you? Which I responded “of course, but don’t you usually ask for that when I pay by CC?” To which he responded “I just wanted to double check”….

I asked to see the back of two items to compare and he held tightly onto them when I tried to turn them around to look at the active ingredient amounts, as if I was going to take them and run lol. Super sketchy.

On top of all of that, I paid by card and he told me I needed to write down my Drivers License number on the receipt?

Made me feel like I’m some sketchy customer trying to steal from them or something. I HAVE A NUMBER WITH THEM AND GET PHONE CALLS FROM THEM ABOUT DEALS! This new customer experience is terrible.

I will be driving further and out of my way to never buy from here again.

This place is on point!!! The moment you walk in it's just a chill vibe... The employees are knowledgeable, helpful and don't rush you to make your purchases... They've got all the big names, priced at fair prices... Most of them are priced pretty equal, to what you would pay direct from the company plus shipping... They provide insurance on pieces over $100, and have a layaway program that's 30% down and 60 days to complete payment... I was extremely impressed with everything in this spot, and will definitely be headed...
