Oh, Pizza Hut, you tried to spice up my life, but instead, you dumped the entire herb garden on my melt! I ordered one of your signature melts, expecting a cheesy, gooey delight, but what I got was a botanical expedition. It was like the chef tripped and the lid of the oregano shaker went AWOL, leaving my melt buried under a forest of herbs so intense I half-expected a squirrel to pop out and start foraging. I love a bit of flavor, but this was like chewing on a lawnmower’s clippings! The pizza base didn’t help the cause either. It was so soft and doughy, I wondered if they forgot to bake it or if they just handed me a ball of raw dough with some sauce slapped on. I had to check if my oven mitt was still on because it felt like I was biting into a pillow. Not the vibe I was going for, Pizza Hut. The pasta, though? It was… okay. Like, “I won’t write a strongly worded letter about it” okay. It did its job, filled the void, didn’t offend anyone. But let’s be real, I didn’t come to Pizza Hut for a side of “meh” pasta—I came for pizza glory, and instead, I got a soggy, herb-drenched tragedy. In summary, Pizza Hut, maybe ease up on the herb shaker and give that dough a few extra minutes in the oven. My taste buds are still recovering from the herbal avalanche, but I’ll probably be back because, well, I’m a glutton for punishment and your breadsticks are still calling my name. 2.5 stars—points for the pasta not being a total disaster and for making me laugh at the absurdity of it all.

We went online to take advantage of the $7.99 two-item offer. The application was quick as was placing the order. And, in 15 minutes we were able to pick up the pizza, nearby. When we arrived we were not welcomed by the attendant who was cleaning tables in an empty dining area at 7 pm. The pizza was ready and within five minutes we sat down to eat at home. Quickly we noticed that the pizza was extremely dry (HARD) with nearly NO cheese on it. We actually believed it was a re-heated pizza from the lunch hour. We prepared something else to eat. And, I called the store to ask if that was a possibility. The manager, Eric, was understanding and apologetic. He asserted that the pizzas were disposed of after 30 minutes and that perhaps the temperature on the pick up shelf was likely too high and dried out the pizza. For me, it's not worth arguing about an $8 buck pizza. I'll just note that the pizza there was simply no good...that evening. Eric did take the step to credit my account, which was appreciated.----Dr. Mike

No longer a good value! The hut has lost me as a customer. I didn’t get what I ordered plus it was over a half hour late and cold!!! And when did a medium pizza and wings start costing over a $120 ????? I’m done. ***** so I gave them another chance. And guess what...? They didn't disappoint, they screwed up again. They sent me the wrong order. It took about a half hour to actually get someone (other than their call center people), on the phone. They agreed to replace my pizza and wings and after 2 hours of waiting THEY cancelled my order. I sent a message, (with Proof of the Cancellation), to the store/corporate requesting a refund. It's now, as of today 2/19/25, never been refunded. $75, I would guess, is a fine price to pay to discover what they actually think of their customers.

I used to go here quite a bit as I worked over close to here. However, I moved over to the other side of town and only came here a couple times during COVID, always being depressed as the dining room was closed and really just used for storage. Fast forward and I had been hearing and seeing that Pizza Hut (finally) brought back a lunch buffet. As someone who grew up on a Pizza Hut buffet once a month or so I was excited to try it out!

Once I got here I was impressed as it had a more old school Pizza Hut look to it with tablecloths and of course the buffet. The pizza selection was a little lacking at first but was quickly changed out and kept up with. The servers (I think there were 3) were back and forth a lot between tables to take care of people. Overall the service was great, and environment brought be back and the pizza was good! The manager Chris even came to visit the table and we chatted for a bit, he was a nice guy and asked if there was anything he could get for us.

The only slight gripe I had was the price. I am a hut rewards member and typically shop the deals there. You can get quite a bit for $15-$20 at Pizza Hut considering they are on the chain/fast casual quality. So I was surprised that with a drink it was $16. However, I think it's a bit too high for what they are offering and considering the competition. For instance Golden Coral is very close and has considerably but selection + desert for roughly the same. Or HuHot down the road which is a step up in quality and selection. Even a couple years back Old Chicago was doing it I think for $12.

Considering the nostalgia, the good service, and the fresh pizza I didn't think it was a bad deal. And something I will support once and awhile. Just at $16+tip it's not the same value that spurs me on to go there too often.

I would say to the local team job well done, the local/regional ownership for supporting it as well. I hope it continues and was glad to go...

Dear Franchise Owner,

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I received at your location. On 12/13/24, my order was mishandled in a way that shows a complete lack of care and professionalism.

First, despite placing my order, I found out that your team had forgotten to start preparing it. This resulted in my food not being started until 40 minutes after I initially placed the order, which was already unacceptable.

Then, after waiting patiently for my food to finally be ready, my order was given away to someone else—not once, but TWICE. This is an appalling lack of organization and customer care.

I wasted over two hours of my time, only to leave your store without the food I ordered and paid for. Mistakes happen, but the level of negligence I experienced is completely inexcusable.

I demand an explanation for how such poor service could occur, as well as information on the steps you plan to take to ensure this does not happen again. Additionally, I feel I am owed compensation for the time and frustration your store caused me, whether that be in the form of a refund, replacement meal, or store credit.

If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will escalate this issue to Pizza Hut corporate and leave detailed reviews on all platforms to inform others of the lack of professionalism at this location.

I hope to hear from you promptly to resolve...
