Went to this Cardenas location in Colton . Worst experience!!! at the kitchen with the Manager of the kitchen!!!!! a short thick loud rude women . Went to place an order, the kitchen manager after I ask a question about my order answered me in a very disrespectful way and rude twice. I left the area went to the bakery to request to speak to a manager since I did not like the way she answered me and requested a refund when the kitchen women saw me talking to the bakery lady she left the kitchen area and approach me screaming at me using name calling and use disrespectful words referring to my age making me feel discriminated humiliated. She yelled at me in front of other employees again and customer and no one stopped her. The bakery lady called the manager who said I can file a complaint with the corporate office do to the severity of the verbal abuse by this employee and said she would talk to her. unfortunately I called corporate office left message no one got back to me . I'm still waiting on that call. 😕 will never visit this...

Visited this place for some hot food, roasted chicken to be exact. The chicken was decent but the salsa included with the family pack was not good at all. However, my rating reflects more of the customer service than the food. When I got to the store there was no other customers in line but yet I couldn't get any of the employees to help me. One employee directed me to another and when I walked over, that employee said "no, she'll help you over there." Needless to say neither wanted to help me. It wasn't until a 3rd employee came out from the back and saw me standing there. I was asked if I'd been helped yet to which I replied no, she looked at both employees and was upset and confused with their behavior. That 3rd employee apologized and helped me immediately while the other 2 laughed and blamed each other. The 3rd employee kept apologizing and said that the newer employees don't seem to want to work. Not a good situation for this grocery store chain when a new competitor who offers hot food is literally...

Clearly no one to handle and main order of all shopping carts. Contamination HIGH RISK. There is a Hand Sanitizer Pump inside, however no PAPER TOWELS to wipe yourself or wipes to clean shopping cart. Huge Disappointment. One huge credit to the bakery section. Each sweet bread (pan dulce) is individually wrapped🥳🙌 huge points here. As adults and kids touch everything. The attendant at their Take out stand was cleaning and wiping down the glass area. In all they are making improvements but it defeats efforts of shopping carts are not sanitized and wiped not provided.

Huge improvement in customer service. Angela the cashier was friendly, she had this vibe of gratitude, she looks to enjoy her job. She was my highlight and she also packed my groceries.
