Came in around 9 AM to buy a bag of candy for a school project. Had a laptop in my backpack so I absolutely needed to have it on me since there was no way I was leaving it in the car. Was in the store for no more than 2 minutes. When I came up to pay Diana the cashier was eyeballing me up and down which I noticed through the corner of my eye. When I came up to pay she said in the most condescending and annoyed voice, “for future reference you can not come in with a backpack.” Would’ve had no problem and would’ve probably apologized but she gave me an attitude acting like I was bound to steal something when I went down one aisle and came right back up in the span of 2 minutes. I went there yesterday to look for steaks and beef meat that is on sale, but there was none. It was around 6 pm. We were told that they had a shipment of meat that needed to be processed and that the kind of beef I wanted to buy was there. I was told to go back to the store early today and that the items would be available. I went there at 7:30 a.m. I did not see what I was told would be there, so I ask the girl that was doing an inventory on the meat department, she went to the back to check and told me they did not have any and that most likely the girl that told me to go early was confused. Awesome store in colton. Awesome and polite employees and they are very helpful also.they go the extra mile for their customer's.I Love the colton store im gonna make the extra miles to go to the colton store from now on. I live in San bernaghetto and they had redone their store the store is still unorganized never stocked up on anything and employees are usually rude and when u ask for help they just look at u like how dare u they do have I'm gonna say 4 good employees there but most just rude.. So the colton store gained another good customer and San Bernardino lost a good customer.. Go to the colton store its better clean and beyond well stocked up and employee's are happy ☺ happy...
