La Michoacana Ice Cream Parlor — Restaurant in Colton

OH EM GEEE I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I am baffled that I have been treated so poorly in every other place that I have ever gone to; but this place, this place is truly unlike the rest. To begin i had stepped foot into this fine establishment when a gorgeous young man greated me upon entering. I had learned his name to be Gerardo. This handsome man attended me so quickly and although after a couple minutes i did not know what I wanted he stayed patient with me. In the end what i wanted was the creamy and delicious fresas con crema, after i ordered it I watched as he filled my cup up so carefully. I finished the order and I wanted to make sure that the fresas con crema tasted as magnificent as it looked and it did!!!! I had accidentally spilled the sticky white goey substance onto my lips and cheek. To my surprise with his already outstanding service he offered to wipe this substance off of my face and he did. We shared a beautiful moment and I gave him a BIGGGG tip right after. This is the finest establishment I have visited to date and I’ve gone to many michelin star restaurants who don’t even come close to this perfect service provided by Gerardo. I've always been a huge fan of this store but after my incident today with the manager and one of new workers I won't be coming back. I ordered Tostilocos and had to go back because the mango was hard and still green.i asked the girl to please make me some without mango and she told me that was against their policy so I asked to talk to the manager. The manager got defensive and mad Idk the reason as to why because I was just asking for what was fair . Long story short, manager told the girl to take out the mango and this is what they gave me back...I had to throw them away because I don't know if they spit on them or did something because when they went to the back they started laughing and saying stuff in Spanish. Food was bad. Bionica was extremely watery, and they charge extra for adding the traditional toppings such as granola, raisins, and coconut. The strawberry water tasted like it was made out of rotten strawberries and had no ice in it. The tostilocos hardly had any tostitos in it, and when I asked her if the tostilocos had tostitos in them she give me an attitude and said "I can clearly see them from right here"

I had to raise up the tray to see a few tostilocos at the bottom of the tray

So I tried to lighten the mood and asked her "how do you like working here?"

And she responded to me with "it's ok but sometimes when it's busy people give you attitude" and straight up gave me the most obvious attitude face
