DO NOT EAT HERE, HEALTH HAZARD!!

A few classmates and I stopped by for lunch today and were extremely disappointed... The food was cold and might have been old and sitting there for quite a while. When we asked the server lady about it she proceeded to take the bowl out back behind the closed door and came back 10 minutes later and handed it back, when asked what she had done to it she did not respond and continued on with her next customer. We then asked the young server man if he could just replace the bowl altogether because the server lady refused to say what she had done to it, then the server lady yelled across the room that she had microwaved it... then we said that we wanted a new bowl we began to question them about how food should always be a certain temperature at all times legally, the server lady then said to give another bowl, meanwhile the young server man proceeded to scoop up the microwaved food from the bowl and scoop it BACK INTO THE CONTAINER ON THE BUFFET LINE, we immediately told him that we had EATEN FROM THE BOWL AND I WAS DISGUSTING TO PUT IT BACK WITH THE REST OF THE FOOD TO SERVE TO OTHER CUSTOMERS, they acted like we were crazy for suggesting that serving people food that has been touched by strangers is not only illegal it is disgusting and a health HAZARD. Have NEVER seen this type of thing happen before and hope to never do so. We promptly filed a complaint with Public...

I love coming here. I come here about one time about every two or three weeks. The food is so delicious I come with my family here and I usually get the half and half meal with katsu chicken and crispy shrimp while my family gets the combo meals and some drinks from the fridge there. I went today and got the Seafood Mix with a Taro smoothie without boba and another family member got a combo A with a Taro smoothie with boba. The food is fresh and with certain items, they are made when ordered so it is guaranteed to be warm and delish without having to wait too long either. I once came when they were out of ribs and was there to see the order of them come in so I know the food is legit. The employees there are super sweet and serve great sized portions. When I went today, there was the rudest customer who took all his anger out on his food and the amazing employees after a women he was with left after he was complete jerk to her. He stabbed his food with his chopsticks, said horrible things to the employees, demanded a refund(which her didn't receive since there is a sign near the register that clearly says no refunds), and stormed out of there leaving all of his trash on the table! I came in here today and ordered a combo tray all I wanted was teriyaki chicken and the lady tries to cut up one piece of chicken and then move my tray to the side so I tell her is that all I get. Well she adds another piece on there. The most disappointing part is I sit down to eat my food I squirt soy sauce on my rice and it's watered down then I squirt teriyaki sauce on my chicken and rice and that's watered down so then I open up the container of teriyaki sauce and that's watered down. This place used to be really good their food is normally really good but today's service was terrible the rice was nasty I left came home squirted the packet of teriyaki sauce on my rice and then it got more color open the packet of sriracha sauce and squirted it on my chicken and it was more thicker in the rice was terrible it's normally really good today's service was disgusting with that I'll never come here again what disappoints me and it also makes me angry is that these places are raising their prices giving you less food and not only that but their watering down their food so if the consumer accepts this then that's on every individual but I don't accept that so I'll never come to this...
