Came in today with my Note 10+
Left needing a screen protector.
Gave them my phone to put a glass screen protector on. When I called: they said it would be $30. When I got there the girl asked me if they gave me a price and then said it was actually $35.
Okay?
30 minutes later they hand me my phone and it's got marks underneath the glass they put on. I said "wait a minute... what is this!?!?"
The girl said that my phone was already scratched when I brought it in and that there was nothing they could do.
I let her know that I just opened the box & brought it straight there. (I really did) (phone was 1 hour old)
She then told me that "it was probably imperfections from the factory screen protector underneath."
So they put a glass screen protector over the film that comes on every new phone... Okay.
They take the phone to the back again and remove everything and put a new glass protector directly on the screen for me.
The girl hands me my phone and tells me to have a nice day. It's s covered in smudges and fingerprints. I wipe it clean.
Right in the middle of the phone... where they should have cleaned and sanitized the surface before putting on the glass... a piece of debris.
Idk if it's lint, or dust, or what... but it's clear as day.
I showed it to the girl and she seemed kind of embarrassed. After messing up my install twice: They didn't have any more glass screens for my phone.
They offered to "warranty" the glass. Basically they wanted me to leave with what was on the phone and come back once they got the glass in stock for a 3rd try.
No thanks.
The owner was super apologetic & refunded my money. They all seem like super nice people... but I spent an hour there and left still needing a glass screen protector.

Unfortunately, I have to give it a 1 star. I’d rate it a negative 5 stars. No professionalism, no customer care, and customer service is a joke. I dropped off my laptop on the 12th (Friday) for a diagnostic. The fee for that was $45 plus tax. I was told it would be done in two days and when it was complete someone would call me. Two days passed no one called. Weekend came and I was like I’ll give it a couple more days still no call with an update. Called on that day (Tuesday) still didn’t have an update. Person I spoke with informed me he’d have one of the techs call me back. Again I was like I’ll give them some time (could be busy with clients). Again, no one called me. I called on Friday, the 19th of April, asking if there was an update, finally after a 5 min hold he was like it’s the mother board gave me the fee for that. Unfortunately would cost me more to fix than to get a new one so I asked if they could retrieve the docs and pictures. He said he would see what was the size needed for the memory card and let me know the fee. He said give him a few minutes. Comes Monday, I’m here at the store and no one was able to EVER give me a call and provide me with that information. I would pay for the job, the memory card or whatever needed to be done. But it just seemed like it was a unnecessary task for them. It wasn’t going to be free I was going to pay for the extra services. After waiting over 10mins for him to “put my laptop back together” he says he couldn’t save my docx or pictures because they don’t have the necessary equipment for that!!!! Dude are you serious!!! I don’t trust these guys! Be careful who you trust with your devices yall

So when I decided to gift my phone an iPhone 10 I took it again and upon arriving, a young skinny girl helped me. She gave me a certain price but said that due to New Year’s Eve they were going to close and to come back. I did go back and the guy tried to give me a different price. I explained what she told me and he went ahead and honored it. Then my moms phone stopped working. I went back after calling and them saying it was covered under warranty. Well another guy helped me. And gave me a hard time about it. Fine it was covered and I left. My brothers galaxy note 10 shattered. So I called and again a young girl helped me. Gave me a price over the phone. I specifically told her the size and brand of the phone. My husband took it the next day, turns out is the same girl that helped me in New Year’s Eve. And she back tracked her price. They didn’t help my Husband. She called me a liar that I didn’t tell her it was a plus. Very unprofessional. If she doesn’t know the prices, take her out. Turns out she’s the daughter of the owner, most of the guys are the sons. They do whatever they want. And not professional, go on their word, make up excuses and not customer service oriented.
