The wait time is always super long. They also messed up when they activated my dad’s new phone. After his service month was over we couldn’t reup his service again because the phone number he was given was somehow lost so they made him buy a new phone from them because they didn’t know how to use his and no it wasn’t a flip phone. His new phone looks almost identical as the one...

The worse place to switch from metro to boost, they took 2 hours and a half and i went home with no service till the next day till 9am and the service on my stylo 4 has been horrible they screwed me over...
