V Tea House — Restaurant in Colton

I want to start of by saying that I love Boba , I have been to many different places. I have never herd something so ridiculous as being charged $2 dollars when you request NO ICE… as if I was ordering an additional topping. Although I did order extra boba, and was charged LESS than requesting NO ICE. I think that they think my reason for requesting NO ICE is to get more of my drink. But that was not my case and even if so $2 is ripping off the customer. I don’t like ice because it waters down my drink!!!!! The lady at resister informed me if I did not want to pay the $2 dollar she wouldn’t fill up my cup. So I said that fine I’m not paying extra. And to top it off my drink suckeddddd. it had no flavor and it was done within 4 drinks, because it was half ways when I ordered a large and got a small basically. and paid like $8 dollars..,next again willl I ever come to this place. I took my time to write a comment because I’m sure people willl agree that this is not fair. And people need to know. Customer service is everything. The reason boba is open is because people like me I’m a boba freak lol.

Updating my review since the ownership has changed. I really liked this spot before but now it's on another level. The new owners have improved the quality of the drinks. I had their Taro Milk Tea with boba - easily has to be the best taro I've had in years. You can tell right away that it wasn't a powder mix like a lot of other places and wasn't too sweet. I was able to sample some of their other teas and all of them were delicious as well. 10/10 come check...
