I have monthly medication, that when I came into the pharmacy went through my monthly list with the pharmacist; asked if he could stock them every 30 days for me. I was assured (like my previous pharmacy did), CVS would do the same. Now, for three straight months I have gone without my prescription because someone can’t take a stock count or organize their inventory to have enough on hand when needed! I don’t ask this of others that I, myself used to do for employment…I had a huge inventory with standing orders to properly manage; and mind you I was not stocking medicines of NEED!
The location is in a quite small town, so I am sure I am not the only person who is going without vital prescriptions that affect their health and well being!! Please teach them to stock enough meds for their monthly customers and for those who might need them for a few months…this is not an...

It was not in stock and the several employees I asked just sent me around to a bunch of different aisles looking for it. I eventually gave up. Needed the same product a few months later. Read moreThere were no issues running into the pharmacy and picking up a prescription for my spouse, as the lines were short. But sadly, when I went to check out, they automatically entered somebody else's CVS bonus card. I had them redo the entire purchase, putting it on my number.
