I really love the atmosphere of this candy store, it's so cozy. Something about it feels nostalgic. I love coming here as a family outing, or when out gift shopping for loved ones. We just discovered this location about 6-8 months ago and have already visited several times, trying different things each time. I love the mint whoppers the most and bought myself some as a stocking stuffer. My husband enjoys the truffles the most. It makes our day when we stop in. I also love the slippers, "snoozies". I actually had a pair for about 15 years that I purchased elsewhere and was overjoyed to be able to replace them, and try a different style/color. Today I got the chocolate dipped potato chips and they are fantastic. ❤️👏

They are open during the hours in the picture I posted. When we called they were open and super welcoming! We were super helpful and we got our chocolates! Thank you!

Do NOT recommend. Customers were not greeted upon entry, staff were not available to assist, long wait to checkout because there were NO staff in the FRONT at the registers. No restrooms were available for customers. Do NOT RECOMMEND. NOT worth the poor and lackluster customer service. This review was made BEFORE the snowstorm and/or any other inclement weather. Several employees were in the back NOT assisting customers in the store. Based on SEVERAL other reviews customer service needs to be improved as this appears to be an ongoingi issue. The store is already expensive AND the customer service is poor. This review stands as is. Do better in order to gain more...

It goes without saying that the shop has delicious sweets of a terrific variety, both chocolate and non-chocolate. But it is also worth climbing the stairs to the brightly painted observation hall where the kiddos (in you!) can see the candy being made. I'll admit, I stood and watched the pretzels and Oreos sliding under the chocolate waterfalls for a little while, shopping forgotten. The Candy Factory will also be one of my first stops in years to come for seasonal decor: I didn't realize until this year just how many lovely ornaments, table linens, etc., the shop has on hand for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
