PLEASE NO MORE noobies, hipsters, and especially no children (do you see a kids menu anywhere??)
One of the best places there is to eat in this town, is often ruined by the ambience of a disgusting crowd. This used to be for real locals, born and raised- a designated pool hall for friends to link up and meet other native Columbians, and it's since been exploited by tons of soulless entitled people.
There is a 15 foot long bar, and 10 pool tables, so what are your children doing here? I understand wanting to try new things, but every year this amazing used-to-be locals only establishment, is being gentrified into a casual diner by small brained individuals who don't deserve to be seated in one of the best local owned restaurants in CoMo history.
So next time your here, think to yourself - Does this place really want your business? Probably not, because you aren't the demographic it has always aimed to please.
Quit exploiting the best place to eat in my city, especially if you get hamburgers and cheeseburgers and have never had the western....

I was on a phone conversation when I enter the building and seated myself at a table. After sitting there for 15 minutes with no service and only one other table in the restaurant, I went up to the waitress and put my phone on my chest and asked her if she was going to come take my order. She replied in a snooty way that she was waiting for me to finish my phone conversation, which was not going to end anytime soon. I replied that I could set my phone down and pause my conversation when she came to take my order. I walked back to my table and she still made no attempt to come serve me. I walked out very unhappy and I won’t be back. I can’t believe I wasted 30 minutes of my day waiting for that restaurant to be opened so that I could be...
Read moreTerrible first experience at Booches. Were told our grilled cheeses were going to be put on hamburger buns after they ran out of rye bread. When we decided that did not sound appetizing we let the waitress know that 2 of the 3 of us no longer wanted our grilled cheese. Our waitress became very rude and said "so you want me to ask them to take it off the grill?" like this was a huge inconvenience. One person in our party stuck with their grilled cheese ($2+) and when it was brought to our table it was literally cheese on a hamburger bun that had been heated up in the microwave (it never touched a grill). Our waitress never refilled our drinks and only said the bare minimum to us when taking our payments. Not sure if it was just our soured moods by the end of the night but the burgers were nothing to write home...
