Not very good customer service. Purchased a pair of small girls jeans and realized 30 minutes later they were the wrong size. I went to exchange them for another size and was informed that there was a no return/exchange policy. I was unaware of said policy, and I was told it was printed on my receipt. After explaining that I wouldn't have seen that until after my purchase, they said it was posted on a sign by the register (where we were standing). I looked around and there was no sign. The cashier girl (friendly) then walked around and found it face down on the counter behind the hand sanitizer. Obviously I couldn't have seen it and we were not told verbally that there was a no return policy.
Talked to manger / owner who said their POS system doesn't allow refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on transactions and they can't adjust their inventory because of all of their vendors.
Really...
It's quite frustrating and sad that a company seems to care more about their sales than the customers that provide a means to their livelihood. Shouldn't surprise...

I was suppose to be able to pick up in store after messaging the owner because they always talk about free in store pick up, but they do not have an option to select that at checkout; so I ended up paying $24 in shipping. Then, I get the shackets and they are low quality, but the boutique does not allow returns. I ordered online this time because while I was in the store the owner had a dog in there that was not friendly. The entire time I was trying to shop the dog was trying to bite me. I thought that maybe it was an isolated incident. However, I have talked to a few friends that have had the same issue. It seems super unprofessional. Dogs shouldn't be in a store anyways, much less a dog that will bite someone. I will not be going back...

Makes it impossible to purchase gifts for relatives or friends here, unless you bring them with you to try on and purchase. So lesson learned: cool store but management makes...
