Iāve been a loyal customer ever since they opened. Most of the staff is amazing and super helpful⦠however, the experience I had there today was unacceptable. I purchased a vape less than 48 hours ago and brought it back with my receipt.(like the policy said). It was defective and every other time Iād try to hit it, it would flash for at least 1 minute & wouldnt let me inhale at all. It kept doing it more frequently today even at 100% battery. Iāve only ever had to exchange a purchase one other time before today so I figured it would be an easy process⦠nope. One of the workers took the vape out of my hand and put HIS MOUTH on it and proceeded to inhale just one time & told me āit worked fineā.. denied my return and handed it back to me as if nothing happened. So now, not only was I stuck with a defective vape, but Iām expected to continue using it after a stranger put their lips on it??? How is that even okay? I donāt know where his mouth has been and covid is still running rampant, so I had no choice but to throw the almost brand new vape away (wasnāt going to risk catching anything) and had to buy another one. Thatās $20 I wasted on the first one, and another $20 for a new one. Iām sorry this review is so long.. I was just shocked to have had such a negative experience at what I thought was a respectable vape store. The specific employee in question had shaggy dark hair and wore thick glasses. Sucks because the prices are good and all the other workers are amazing and they recognize me as a regular of the store. Iāll be looking for a new store to shop at as Iām not sure if Iāll give Wild Side Smoke shop any more...
