This place is a terrible. Don’t waste your money. We bought a washer that was supposed to be new. It’s wouldn’t work. We then exchanged it for another. Waited all day for delivery that was supposed to be at 9:00 am. Delivery called at 9:00 pm at night and ask to come then. We said no. So next morning again they didn’t show. We got the run around and waited until 4:00 on for the 2nd washer. We then decided to give them The benefit of the doubt. We called and asked to get the matching dryer. Was quoted a price of $550.00 tax. When i went to pay for the dryer the owner loud talk me and told me that was the price in July not now. That it’s now 699.00. He wouldn’t honor the price that was quoted to begin with. He was super rude to me and my son. These people don’t know what they are doing. They told us the washer had a 10 year warranty which we found out later was 1 year. Take your money somewhere else AND DONT GET RIPPED OFF by these con men. Don’t get ripped off. Your receipt will say NO RETURNS on something that’s supposedly new. Ive bought several appliances over the last 25 years I’ve never felt so ripped off or had someone be so rude as a customer.at $ $550 plus tax.i simple come in the next day and ask for the price i was quoted. You then told me your the owner very loudly and told me no.You couldn't have been any more rude and loud about it in front of customers and my son.Sir ....you can make yourself try to sound right for this review but we both know your a liar.We both know the washer didn't work as well. We ran the washer over a dozen times it didn't spin even with nothing in it. this entire experience was the worst service I've ever had. As far as your response.Simply put you sir are a liar. Plain and simple. I seen the embarrassment on your sales persons face when you being rude and lying. I'm strongly advising anyone reading this to take your money somewhere you will be treated fairly. Don't spent your hard earned money on such a place with a cocky arrigant disrespectful owner. I should have went to Lowes and so should you. Read moreso i was approved for a new set at 1750, so I go pick out a new set and have them delivered, we'll come to find out the dryer had a dent in it and when they plugged it up it made a scratching noise so they told me that they would have to take it back.. which was fine but come to find out that they didn't have another set in same color and told me I would have to wait till next Tuesday to get another set and told the sales rep to see if I could go to laundry matt till then.. so I ask if I could get another set for same price for different brand even if it was more and they said no because they wasn't going to discount it at all..that they had a floor model that I could have for same price I paid even though no telling how long it has been sitting on show room floor.. but still no discount.. all I can say is no customer service at all and not going to be doing business with them anymore..
so recently bought a new set and was delivered last Friday and the dryer had dent and had to be swapped out which was done with another set that was only one they had which was floor model set.. so fast forward yesterday the set is now leaking water from the door.. so when I contacted the owner of the shop tells me I have to deal with samsung now and that there return policy is worthless. Make sure you read the fine print and they obviously do not sell new appliances!!!! I have asked the owner to work with me and doesn't want to do anything except push it off on manufacturer instead of swapping out for a set that actually...

On 1/2/2020, I went to this business, the salesman told me their return policy is the purchased refrigerator could be returned and refunded in 15 days after purchasing. I went to the store to make the purchase on 1/4/2020. When I was checking out and I asked them to confirm the return policy, the salesman said the refrigerator is not returnable, it only could be exchanged. I told them this was different from what they have told me for the first time. I held off the purchase and told them I need to reconsider. I left the store and took my time to think about it. after less than an hour, I went back to the store and decided to make the purchase. But the store's owner was very rude and arrogant telling me because I "critised" their business, he refused to sell any products to me. What kind of business is it? We, as a customer, are not allowed to ask questions about the products and the store policies? I have been never treated like this a customer in anywhere.
