Drove over an hour for my son’s bday. There was a schedule mix up 1 hour before our appointment and was told to come at 12. Then we were told it was okay to come to our original appointment of 11a 5 mins before 11. The older lady was very attentive to my kids. My son was very upset when she asked if he was a boy or girl. Mind you he has a boy name, dressed like a boy he’s 8 it’s his bday and hearing that ruined his day. It upset me too but didn’t want to bring it back up as my kids were there and I was wanting to be respectful. If she genuinely didn’t know she should’ve asked me privately. My kids overall enjoyed the experience before being asked if my child was a boy or girl. I don’t think it was worth the drive...

this place was a 10/10 experience . We got the small party package and everything was great from the hands on experience to the decor . It took a lot of stress off of my shoulder knowing everything will be provided . the only critique i have is with the packages i which it specified that the drinks , plates and food only covered the Children of the party . so if your looking to have extra people . Make sure you get a bigger package or bring your own food & drinks to cover them . Other than that Me and my Family & Friends enjoyed the experience Thanks...

I have had the worst experience with this business!!!! Do not waste your time or money going to support this B.O.B!!!! They have poor customer service, they tried to steal my money, and they almost ruined my child’s birthday experience!!!! Luckily I’m one of God’s favorites so their evil ways didn’t work!!! They have no customer experience skills, they do not know how to utilize their Square account to manage payments etc. They are super disrespectful as well as unapologetic for their mistakes!!! I wouldn’t recommend this...
