Rude/snappy staff, prices are getting to the pointe that it'd be cheaper to buy new from IKEA or Walmart and businesses hours at this particular location appear to be incorrect (went in first thing Tuesday morning, 0900, store was closed).
My first Restore experience was St. Peters, MO and thanks to them, I was able to furnish most of my new home for right at about 1k. That got me a bed for guests, a mower, dresser, chest of drawers, microwave, working oven and a table. It's far from complete but I have enough essentials to have a decently functional and comfortable home. This location... I would have to spend nearly double to pick over their offerings. So I see that each location is region dependent but when you're charging 150usd for a tub when new ones can be had for 50-100 more from big box stores, why would/should I buy from you?
I came to your stores because I'm low income in a high cost of living world but it seems those days are fading and stores like this will only be for historical enthusiasts and collectors. That's what it feels like based on the pricing I've seen thus far.

Absolutely LOVE this place. If you're looking for home renovation parts come check here first! New and gently used pieces at phenomenal prices. Plus if you're an upcycler you'll be in heaven. Looking forward to frequenting this location in the years to come as we work on different rooms of our house. Thank you for keeping these items out of landfills and available to us at rock bottom prices. Especially with the economy as it is, every penny counts, and you'll...
Read moreUPDATE! I use to really love this store but pricing has gone through the roof. They are trying to charge new in store prices for 10 15 even 20 year old items. Someone need to tell them Inflation doesn't have a effect on old donated items. I thought these stores were meant to help out the local community and build homes for those in need now they're just trying to screw people over. And its not just this store they're all doing it so don't be surprised if they have to start cutting back on the home building. Its because they aren't making money because people stopped shopping there so sad. Love this store for the most part pricing is on point and nice regular staff watch out for the community service help because they just don't care but would shop here anytime I was in the market for building supplies and fixtures....
