never buying from this place again. they sent me a damaged product and I have called and emailed and when I called the first time the lady said “we don’t send damaged products out”. Well, then how did the zipper break in the mail? So confused. She told me she would call me back the next day, and it had been 5 days and I called again and she told me she would call me back the next day. It’s been a week. This whole ordeal has been two weeks long and I still have a skirt I can’t wear, no matter how often I call or email them. I drove from North Augusta and came in at 12 exactly on 8/9/23 and the 3 girls (I wish I had gotten their names) that opened the store all deserve a raise! I came in looking for a dress for my bachelorette and one girl in specific (she was wearing a hat) had me a dressing room full of options within minutes! Concerned - Not able to call I tried calling this business to check on an item we put on hold. I was only able to find two phone numbers that were potentially related to this business. However, one of them you call and it indicates their device is not turned on or does not exist.
