BUYER BEWARE! Having been a small business owner everyone knows customer service is of the utmost importance. I purchased a dress for my daughter as a gift and unfortunately the fit was too small. We went back to the store so that she could pick something else out instead. The date of return was past their apparent 7 day return policy, so they would not honor an exchange. Furthermore they let us shop around for an hour picking out our exchange but didn’t bother to tell us until checkout they would not honor it. Now I am stuck with a $275 dress that doesn’t fit. Literally love this store so much. Slate (and Coplon's) is by far the best shopping we have in Columbia!! I've watched them evolve over the years and it truly is such a stylish and fun store. Whoever is doing the buying is crushing it. I love this store so much and I also love their IG how they post new clothes daily! The price is on the middle/ higher end of contemporary but they also have a pretty good sale section too. Also, their staff is always so unbelievably pleasant and helpful.
