Went to Purchase a firearm I had on Layaway 03/03/20, Taurus G2 I for $219 gave them $120 cash. Went to pay the rest White Guy seems like the owner silver watch def. not a Rolex gets real disrespectful while I'm filling out the background check form, tells me my hand writing wasn't legible enough instructs me to fill out another one and say the FBI will Deny you for the smallest thing. "BIG RED FLAG" in my head he already let me know what was about to happen. Of course I got Denied and $120 in cash no long mine its a store credit for failed Background check. He did not instruct me on why I was Denied and tried to neglect me of any information to contact the FBI & NICS. Soooo being the intelligent African-American that I am, I went to another Pawn Shop my good friend helped me out to Obtain all the information I needed to Understand what happened. The FBI not only emailed me within a matter of minutes why but it gave me hard evidence that this Pawn Broker from Peoples Pawn is falsely and Purposely keying in incorrect Answers on the Background Check Data Base. Every Honest gun dealer should hand the transferee/buyer a lap-top to fill out your info. I their not handing you a laptop to fill out info your in the wrong store & will subject yourself & your hard earn money to be taken in every way. If your African-American do not give these people your money, They will look down on you & do not deserve Our hard earned money. My money was stolen and my name slandered by a crooked Slime that thinks intelligence cannot exists in a Devine People such as my own. Anyone knowledgeable in these electronics will know this specific system did not release with a charger, so I had to buy one when I bought the system. The store rep basically told me he couldn't take it without the original charger. I was very polite with the guy and told him Nintendo did not ship this particular system with a charger which is why I do not have the original charger.
