Reasonably priced and good at piercings but customer service is EVRYTHING! & simply this shop is lacking customer service. I came in to get a piercing and the piercer was very dull and nonchalant. I did not receive any instructions about how to clean my specific piercing ( the piercing was more on the extreme side). I only received a short piece of paper with instructions on cleaning general piercings. It was not helpful when I got home because I had no idea what to do & how to clean them properly, even after asking the piercer the run down I still left feeling like I have no idea what to do because the information wasn’t useful. I felt rushed to get out of the room when I was done because apparently there was someone else gettin a piercing after me. The piercer and another person who came back there just stared at me until I got my clothes back together and gathered myself..... very awkward. They’ve lost any future business with me simply because I want to feel comfortable and informed when gettin a piercing and I simply did not. I will be going to back to my spots where I don’t mind paying more because at least the customer service is excellent! Thanks for reminding me why cheap isn’t always the route to go :) UPDATE: The piercer put two different jewelry lengths in my piercings so one is too small and it keeps...
Read moreGot my Ashley done 3 days ago (Friday) by Faun Richards in Canal Winchester. Monday the shop was closed. Swelling is so serious & the jewelry is too tight that it’s embedding into my lip. I stopped by the shop on Tuesday and was told the piercer is gone for the day and to try the Parsons Ave location. I went to the parsons location only to be told that they didn’t have anything long enough & they don’t do Ashley piercings! They tried to tell me to go to the other location because they have more jewelry options. I asked them to call the other location because I shouldn’t have to chase around 22 caliber piercing when it should have been done properly in the first place. They called the Hillard location and the piercer wasn’t in. Don (a tattoo artist/former piercer at Parsons) came in and offered a free piercing and advised me to take it out. Why would I want another piercing from a place that couldn’t do it correct the first time? They refused to try any other jewelry. Every option curved barbell, hoop, etc was instantly a no! Definitely do not recommend 22 caliber piercings...
Read moreWent in with a friend to get tattoos. Big mistake. After having this tattoo carved into my arm and it taking over 4 weeks to heal, it looked like a huge bruise. This was done by the owner as well. I assumed he could handle a small tattoo but it turned out to be the worst tattoo ever. I was finally able to get it covered as it was the most embarrassing thing having people constantly asking me why my arm was bruised! My friends was just as bad! Beware!
Update: Had to add a photo of the awesome cover up. Funny you say its my fault as i didnt take proper care of your tattoo. I had absolutely no issues with the cover up. And no issues with another tattoo i got in october. No seeping of fluids for weeks after like the one you gave me. Both of my new ones were healed in 7 days and not 1 problem. And no, picture 7 is horrible. If you look closely you will see that it looks carved into my arm. As the guy that tattooed me in october said, i didn't get a tattoo, i gave plasma. An apology would have been nice but i guess thats never...
