It all started with placing my online order and being given an estimated pickup time of 8:58pm-9:03 pm on 4/5/23. (My roommate placed an order as well at the same time). We arrive @ this location @ the specified pickup time and as we were entering the lobby I counted 11 people already inside waiting. After standing there waiting for several minutes I asked where our food was and was ignored! I asked again a few minutes later and was told it wasn't even being made yet! I continually noticed that people that came in 20 to 25 minutes or more later than we did were getting their orders ahead of us! While I stood there during this 45-minute ordeal I noticed and witnessed three doordash drivers leaving because their food was not prepared either. They were giving priority to people that were walk ins off the street ahead of call in orders online and ahead of doordash orders. Numerous people that were already waiting in the lobby asked for refunds and the manager acted annoyed because he had to come up front and get off of his cell phone in order to take care of the transactions. There were4 adult workers on duty and none of them were moving very fast! I witnessed the manager in the back trying to put pepperonis on a pizza and the whole time he was on and off of his cell phone and did not bother washing his hands! They had a younger fellow at the pizza cutting station with a large bandage on his right hand cutting pizza and putting food in boxes with what appeared to be either a burn or open wound on his hand. They left the cashier up front to deal with everyone and the manager acted oblivious to us that still had not received our orders! I don't know but this seems like bad business to me. The whole purpose of placing an online order and paying in advance is to have a smooth and quick pickup. At 10 minutes till closing we finally got our orders, being the last 2 customers in that lobby! We had to wait almost an hour to get the orders we placed online. Called the main headquarters in Detroit and filed a complaint with them about this stores unprofessional business practices and was told the district manager would contact me. Yeah right, No one has even bothered to do a follow up call. Bad business practices all the way around! Apparently they condone this kind of idiodicy and unprofessionalism! Will never go back to this location again and probably won't even go to any other Little Caesars location just because of their lack of concern about treating their loyal customers so badly! Terrible customer service from team members and manager. 1st time months back I ordered 2hrs ahead of time to pick up pizza, got there waited another hr, 2nd time I decided to give them another chance as I understand things get backed up this time not only when I got there I asked for the manager she came up and said we'll I can just refund your money this again was hrs after waiting. Then back in September for my sons bday I placed a pick up order for 6pm at 10:30am for 4 pizzas my husband got there and the pizzas still had not even been prepped, i called corporate that time and never got the call back from the GM now today I ordered at 2:30pm 1 pizza 1 bread to pick up at 5:05 I called to make sure it would be ready the manager said your order ain't on my screen, she took my name said we'll I can't guarantee it will be ready I have 30 orders ahead of you I nicely asked how is this possible when I ordered 2hrs ago she rudely said we are a pizza place I can just refund your money if you want to be rude then hung up on me. I contacted corporate again filed another complaint and let's see if Faith the GM actually calls me to follow up. Not only has this happened to me multiple times and I've gave them the benefit of the doubt but u see it's happened to many others as well, and close family members of mine, this is why I say shut it down especially if you can not be staffed...
Read moreI've stopped to pick up pizza here six times in the last year. Every single time there's a massive wait, no pizzas ready to go, and virtually no customers standing in line.... If I have to wait 20 minutes for a pizza (which is Little Caesars whole gimmick is not having to wait) then I'm going to go down the road and get a pizza from Pizza Hut or Papa Murphy's because they have better quality pizza. The entire reason Little Caesars exists is because it's fast food pizza. I buy a reasonably priced pizza that is hot and ready to go waiting for me to pick it up... I'm not going to use a damn portal to schedule a wait. That's like ordering food on Amazon. It's not happening. And I'm not installing your stupid app to buy food three or four times a year. Way back when... With Little Caesars used to be Little Caesars.. I would have Little Caesars once a week because it was a convenient variation on lunch. This is officially a review, but it's also kind of a farewell notice. I'm not stopping here anymore to see if there's pizza available because I'm just going to lead with the assumption from now on that there isn't pizza available.
