Subway — Restaurant in Columbus

Went in yesterday and had a horrible time. My daughter and I came in to get 2 subs. The woman taking our order seemed very unhappy never smiled. I told her I wanted 2 subs on 2 different kinds of bread but both sandwiches contained meatballs. She made sandwiche 1 and half way through sandwiche 2 she informed me they didn't have enough. So I changed sandwiche 1 to a turkey. She throws out the bread from sandwiche 2? I told her no this is what we wanted and explained it again. She began to argue with me and began to get loud in front of my kid. I tried to explain again as well as her coworker. She continued to get louder and argue with me. Finally I had had enough and decided to make a example for my child on how to not put up with rude services. We left without our food and ate elsewhere. I hate to waste good food like that but she put the meatballs back into the pan so I didn't want to eat there anyways. I should report that to the health department. Who knows how many times those same meatballs went...

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! I ordered about 30 bucks worth of sandwiches via subway app for delivery via doordash. The dasher brings the wrong food. No problem. I call subway and they tell me to contact doordash for a reorder or refund. I do that and doordash accommodates by calling the subway store for a remake. We get a confirmation text that the food is being prepared and the dasher is on there way. Out of nowhere the order gets canceled. So at this point I just wanted my money back so we call doordash back and the call subway multiple times. No answer. They send subway back the refund anyway. 5 days later. We call multiple times and finally get ahold of a manager. Which he states that doordash didn't send the refund out. But we have email proof that they did. I ordered off Subway's site and selected for delivery. When it was delivered, I received the wrong order. I took the order back to the Subway location. They could see from my confirmation and the order I brought back to them, I did not receive the proper order. They said I needed to contact Doordash because I ordered through them. I showed them where it was through Subway and NOT Doordash. They said if they remade my sandwiches they would lose money. So I am just supposed to be out of money for the error.
