PJs Pizza — Restaurant in Columbus

I was told 45 min delivery time. So I called an HR and ten minutes later and my p izza wasn't even put in the oven yet and was told it will be another 40 minutes. Two hours after my order never made it I called back again and the same operator said " it's on the way out the door, so I started to tell the girl that they should offer me a discount and she hung up on me.. Placed an order and was told I could pick it up in 25 minutes. I show up in 30 minutes try to walk in and the door is locked so I rang a button I assume was a bell to get their attention but nobody was in the store so I sit in my car for 5 minutes, walk back up and push the button again and even knocked on the glass, it’s 8pm and 25 degrees outside so of course I’m not sticking around, to be expecting someone at a certain time and be completely oblivious that the person has showed up in that expected time period is crazy how do places ran like this stay in buisness not only wasting my time but their own! Waited over 20 minutes inside for a pizza. Finally got up and went to the counter and saw my pizza just sitting there past the oven and had been there for a while. I said Hello since I saw no one. And during the whole time I waited only 2 people came in. Mary the owner came up ( she was not the one who took my order) and wanted to give me an excuse as being understaffed. Really ?
