For the fifth time, every time I come here the service is terrible. They are very I professional and the only reason why I come back is because it’s 5 minutes from my home. I’ve bought items to return, and she refused to exchange for the right color. I had to drive to the one in Westerville. Then they tell me I don’t have a card in the system, and I show them my license (I forgot my card) but still refused to accommodate me. Recently, I had came in to purchase some color for my hair and two “managers “ were talking in the back about how a previous client had came in wanting “bleach” and how they knew she wasn’t licensed. Just talking really bad. No one watching the store. Five minutes later they ask me if I need help, and I asked if they had any brand recommendations I could try. “Do you have your license? Are you still in school? Do you realize you don’t have any pigment? That’s what you need. Pigment. Do you even know what pigment is? Are you sure you have your license? Are you still in school, right?” This is how two of the ladies were talking to me. I’m young, I get that. I had ordered same day delivery from the other store but nobody was even there to give the delivery drivers the order (thus stiffing the drivers out of their pay) I called this location for help. Jessica was so quick to help remedy the situation she went incredibly above and beyond, offering to deliver my color order HERSELF (with her own car and gas money, something she shouldn’t have to do, again went way above and beyond) She really saved the day. Shelves not stocked with every day items that one may need to purchase but if the shelves were stocked she would have to check more people out and help with their needs! I will drive further to the salon centric competitor for my needs in the future! I’ve visited cosmo since 1997 and in 2023 it end’s sadly due to customer service enter action!
