I ordered online, and picked it up on the way to a softball game. Unfortunately, the order was incorrect. I sent an email from the ball field and was very impressed to not only hear back from the manager, but the owner as well. He offered to take care of my next order. Excellent customer service. This past Sunday I called the store and placed my order. When I arrived, it was not ready yet. No big deal. I stood there and waited. I noticed the employees began doing other tasks like sweeping, and chatting in a back room. I thought maybe they were waiting for something. There was nobody else in the place, and the employees looked at me standing there several times. Ten minutes later, the young man at the counter called my name. He handed me the bag, and offered me a free cookie admitting that he forgot I was there. My order had been sitting on top of the oven, and I had waited for over 20 minutes total. I was baffled when I arrived home just 2 minutes down the road to find my hot sandwhich was cold......and made completely incorrectly again. I ordered roast beef with no mustard,add mushrooms. My sandwich came with spicy mustard only....Nothing else that was supposed to be on there, and no mushrooms. I'm wondering what the odds are that it happened twice in a row. It sounds like something needs to be done within...

I placed an order through DoorDash, and although the platform allowed me to submit it, the staff ā specifically Emma and Brylee ā refused to fulfill it simply because it came in close to closing time. Despite showing proof of payment, they made no effort to help resolve the issue and instead responded with rudeness and complete disregard for customer service.
Both employees came across as lazy and disinterested in their roles, refusing to even acknowledge that the error was not on my end. I was left with no food, no resolution, and no accountability from staff who clearly didnāt care. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this location to anyone expecting even the bare...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreA couple weeks ago we had a food "emergency" at work and we needed lunch for several people at the last minute. I called two Firehouse locations. The first said they couldn't do it and the second didn't answer their phone. Hoping third time was a charm, I called this location and spoke with Dustin. He didn't hesitate to tell me he could have two sandwich platters ready at noon. Sure enough, I showed up at noon and he had two platters ready and waiting in the cooler. The subs were great but what impressed me was the service and how Dustin and his crew stepped up for us. This isn't the closest location to my work but it will be my go to from now on. Thank you to Dustin and his crew for bailing us...
