As a quick story, years ago when returning from an international vacation, we learned our return flight had been canceled. Of course, the line at the airport to book a different flight was crazy with all the passengers affected. We called Diana and she was able to get us quickly booked on a return flight! That flight would have been sold out by the time we got to the ticket counter. We were the calmest people in that situation thanks to Diane and her prompt customer service!

I just called to try and set up a trip on an island. I gave the women I spoke to an idea of the kind of island I was looking to be at. She had never even heard of it. I also began the conversation with, "It didn't have to be that location, just something like it." I called them because they had 5 stars and I assumed as a travel agency they would be able to find a nice location on an island for my trip. They did not seem to want to work with me.

I walked into their office, explained the type of vacation package I was looking for and was told they would get in contact with me "within a week" with a proposal.

It's been almost a month now and they never called me back or answered my e-mail correspondence.

At this point they are obviously not as reliable as I would expect from a serious travel agency and I no longer want to work with them. I'm taking my business somewhere else--just wish I had known this before I wasted 1 month...
