I went in on 7-12-2025 at 10:50 AM to get some breakfast. When I walked in a young lady with brown hair was working, I greeted her and said “how are you today?” And she didn’t respond. She asked what I wanted coldly. I said “please” and “thank you” after literally every thing I said to her. She was short with me and seemed visibly upset that she had to communicate with me. I didn’t let it bother me until the next person who was a female came in line and got treated entirely differently. The employee working was smiling and happy with the female customer and treated her with the respect that I was treating the employee with but was not returned to me. The employee sat my bagel on the counter without a bag and walked away. When the female customer got to the end of the counter, the employee offered her a bag, and told her to have a nice day. Then I asked the employee for a bag and she handed it to me, then looked at the female customer right in front of me and said “have a nice day” to her again. Not once did she extend any friendliness or respect that I showed to her back to me. She seemed about late high school or early college aged and spoke English as her primary language. I spoke to the female customer and said “it must be nice to be treated nicely by people” and she said “wow, I can’t believe she was rude to you like that”. I can see why this place isn’t nearly as busy as it used to be, higher prices along with getting treated poorly just for the way you look. Don’t know if I’ll be coming back here because I had a similar experience a couple years ago with a different employee and it took me a while to finally come back. PLEASE train your employees to treat every customer the same, or at least the polite customers who say “please” and “thank you” over and over again. It’s really not that difficult.

I didn’t even know what you did.” I was over the top polite the entire time and said “please” and “thank you” every chance I got. She also didn’t fill my large coffee up all the way. This photo is what it looked like after I added 2 cream. Was afraid to ask her to put in the rest of the coffee I ordered because of her unwarranted attitude towards me. If you’re going to charge $3.00 for a coffee, it should be filled properly. This was an awful lunch and and awful experience that I did not deserve. Was once again nothing but polite the entire time. Last time I came here, they have no indication that ordering cheese cost extra too, so this time I didn’t get cheese. Looked for any indication in the store or on the menu that cheese costs extra. Didn’t see any evidence or indication that it does. All I saw was a sign that promotes which types of cheeses they have.

Great atmosphere and the staff working the counter were so incredibly kind and helpful. I was a bit bumbling, being my first time, it’s a little overwhelming, but they walked me through the process with good humor and good spirits. Very cool people. I’m not generally a bagel person, I tend to forget they exist, but I’ll be back because it’s only been three hours but I’m already wanting that sandwich again. I’m glad I found this place and kudos to the hard workers for making it a delicious place to visit!

My fiance & I are regulars here and just left after a very unsatisfying experience with one of the employees. We came to Google to leave this review & immediately noticed there are other recent reviews about this particular woman. Granted, the first time we ever saw her here was the last time we visited & she was great! So great, in fact - we left her a very generous tip but today's experience was the polar opposite. Today consisted of her glaring at us, along with just a terrible attitude, as though we were bothering her. When she rang us up, we were pretty sure she overcharged us as well. We asked her if everything was ok & what was going on because last time she had been so nice. She seemed to not understand us so I said (in Spanish) - "You're not happy today" & she just said "whatever," made a face & walked away. Shortly afterwards, we informed the manager (not verified) regarding this employee & I also informed her of all the people complaining about her on the reviews and she thanked us but I feel as though that was a wasted effort on our part. Honestly, if I were the manager or the owner - this woman would no longer be employed here. So many reviews about the same person over a period of time indicate a behavioral issue that is not...

Ordered online, took forever because you weren’t allowed to order your food as a guest, I had to go through the whole process of giving them all of my information, generating a password, and giving them my credit card info so they could keep it on record for “my” future use! When I arrive to pick up my order I stood at the counter for 10 minutes, while the employees flirted with the only other customer in the store! Someone finally came out of the back room and ask me what I wanted, I said my number that I got from my online order and she looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. I repeated telling her my number and that I ordered on line, finally she said it’s down there, I said down where, she repeated herself so I assumed that I should move down the line to find my order! The main problem was that most of the employees didn’t speak English very well and didn’t concern themselves with helping me! I will say that it was my first time there so their attitude didn’t help my experience! But something positive did come out of this experience, now I realize how great Panera compares to this place, and it’s more expensive than Paneras. Will not return to...
