Walking into Naomi’s Greek Bites felt like stepping into a warm embrace from the Mediterranean itself. The aromas of fresh herbs and sizzling meats welcomed us, but it was Naomi, the owner, who truly made this experience unforgettable. Her genuine warmth and passion for her craft shone through in every moment, making us feel like family from the start. Naomi’s Christian philosophy of love and care infuses every aspect of her restaurant, from the heartfelt service to the exceptional food she serves, all made with organic ingredients and the finest olive oil available. Naomi greeted us with a radiant smile, sharing stories of her family’s traditional Greek recipes and her unwavering commitment to quality. Her dedication to using only organic ingredients and sourcing the best olive oil elevates every dish to a level of excellence rarely found elsewhere. It’s clear she pours her heart into every plate, creating a dining experience that’s as nourishing for the soul as it is for the body. The menu was a celebration of Greek cuisine, and we were blown away by the lamb gyro, hands-down the best we’ve ever had. The lamb was perfectly seasoned, tender, and juicy, with a slight char that added depth to every bite. Wrapped in soft, warm pita and paired with creamy tzatziki, crisp lettuce, and ripe tomatoes, it was a harmonious explosion of flavors, made even better by that luxurious olive oil Naomi swears by. For dessert, the baklava was pure bliss—layers of crisp phyllo, rich walnuts, and honey that left us speechless. Naomi’s family added to the charm, mingling with guests and sharing stories that made us feel right at home. Her faith-driven approach to hospitality—treating every guest with kindness and respect—made the experience deeply special. We left Greek Bites with full hearts and a new benchmark for Greek food. The lamb gyro alone is worth the visit, but it’s Naomi’s warmth and commitment to quality that make this place truly extraordinary. We’re already counting down to our next meal here. Recommendation: The lamb gyro is an absolute must-try— save room for the baklava. Take a moment to chat with Naomi; her stories are as delightful...
Read moreMy visit on July 10, 2025 in the Greek Bites restaurant was delightful. It is on Frantz Road, in Dublin. I arrived a little bit after 12:15 PM. Parking was easy at that time. I think that Greek Bites is a family-owned restaurant. I got assistance by the restaurant host (a young man) immediately. He listened to me and then recommended several dishes to consider. I ordered two sizzling chicken pitas with the sauces on the side, and no hot peppers. These two meals were delicious. Then I ordered two "On Salads" with chicken strips added, again with the sauces on the side, and no hot peppers. The hostess lady who prepared the orders, added a few slices of extra bread, and gave us green bell peppers instead of the hot peppers -- all that without our asking for these added features. It was a very nice touch. The last two meals were spanakopitas (spinach-filled strudels), absolutely fine and delicious, with hummus-based sauce added on the side.
I spent about 35 dollars per person (the order was for two persons), before adding the tip. The portions were VERY generous. The food we got was good for two lunches (the first one with the chicken pita, the second one with the salad + chicken-strips) and the spanakopitas were the dessert after dinner. Pricing was VERY reasonable.
As you see, if you do NOT want to eat rice, then you can find the appropriate dishes on the menu. If you wish to avoid meat, then you will find several meals that are meat-less, i.e., vegetarian.
During a brief chat with the nice people who are at the counter, they said that their plan is to add Greek style lentil soup and white bean soup soon.
The restaurant is clean, the chairs are comfortable, the atmosphere is very pleasant. I congratulate the family who created and operates this restaurant. I definitely wish them success and good business for the future. We hope to go...
Read moreWorst restaurant experience in my life. I placed carry out and my husband picked up food. I ordered 4 gyro deal and stated I wanted Chicken gyro. My husband brought home the lamb gyro. I called over the phone and informed the restaurant that my order was made incorrectly. Manager/owner tells me over the phone it was my mistake, I would have to purchase new order, then stated to bring food back for replacement. when I got there, his arms were crossed, he gave me a nasty stare and did not speak to me. I gave the bag of food and stated I was here for a replacement order. He opened all four gyros and stated that they were open. I let him know that my family sat down to eat, and when everyone open their meal and realized it wasn’t chicken, I wrapped it back up and brought it to him. No one touch any of the food. He continue arguing with me, accused me of being a returning customer that wants free food and this was my first time attending there and made comments about Black people doing things like this. I felt humiliated and embarrassed, and informed him that this was my first time at this restaurant and I don’t understand why he is treating me this way. I left the bag of food on the counter and walked out. My order total was about $55 and we were left with fries, drinks and a dessert to eat for dinner. I purchased Chinese food a few doors down for dinner. I had would never return to this restaurant. My 10-year-old daughter was with me and experience this man yelling and belittling me and telling me that I need to pay $20 to get the correct order. As an adult, he made me cry and I was really sad.
The sad thing is, they have really good food from what I tasted from my sons kids meal. The rice, chicken, salad, fries and tiramisu cake was delicious. I live close and would never return or support a business that treats their...
