I am not one to typically write reviews, whether I am extremely happy or unhappy, but I had to write a review because I am so unhappy with my experience today at this place. The first time I went, which was a few years ago, it was a great experience! The salon seemed clean and the woman who did my pedicure did a fantastic job. I also treated my sister and my mom to a pedicure and they were happy too. That same year, I asked my husband for a gift certificate from there so I could get a pedicure before our 10 yr. wedding anniversary trip. I made an appointment for a day or two before we were to leave and the salon cancelled because the nail technician I was scheduled with called in sick. I explained my situation and they made no offer to try and get me in, so I had to scramble and find another place last minute.

Fast forward to a few years later. I decided to finally go and use the gift certificate and to also treat my sister to a pedicure for her birthday. We both got the deluxe pedicure, which is $45. Her technician made rude comments about her feet. Also, because I chose a color by Essie, i had to pay $3 more. When I went to pay, using my gift card, and to pay the balance with a credit card, they said that because the salon was under new management and the gift card was purchased a while ago, it was only worth $10. My husband had purchased a gift card for $50. I expressed dissatisfaction, but didn't want to cause a scene. Essentially, the pedicure was $45 and since they didn't honor the gift card for the full amount, I essentially paid $85, plus an extra $3 for Essie brand. When I got home and looked closer at my pedicure and saw how sub-par the finish of my pedicure is, that was the last straw and what caused me to take the time to post this review. This salon has gone down hill and I will never go back and recommend you choose...

As bad as I wanted to leave this place a good review, I just couldn't. My sister in law and I stopped in on Friday because we had a wedding on Saturday. We called ahead to see if there was any wait and since there wasn't we decided to give this place a shot for a mani and pedi. We arrived with no one in the salon and immediately went over for our pedicures. During this time a woman came in wanting a balance and pedi without an appointment. He went ahead and had a third staff member get her started. Later, another woman walked in whom they forgot scheduled an appointment. They rushed our pedicures (didn't even get the full experience) and then made me wait until my sister in law was done with her mani for him to start on mine. Meanwhile, the lady who came in after us with no appointment didn't have to wait. Does that make any sense?

To top it off, the color I picked from the examples wasn't even close to the color that ended up on my nails and my gel manicure is completely off. It chipped the next day and then began peeling off a few days later. It hasn't even been a week and I have no color on my nails at all. It was a complete waste of money and not even worth going back to have them fix it.

The place was nice, bathroom was clean, staff was friendly but never in my life have I had gel come off that quickly. I am very disappointed and will not be returning...

It was a not so great experience honestly. 5 of us walked in around 6 on a Thursday as I had made an appointment for the 5 of us earlier that week and they didn’t even take note of it so weren’t ready for us. One of us got just a gel pedicure and she started first and it took well over an hour and a half I got a pedicure and a gel manicure before she finished (we both got a basic pedicure so nothing crazy that should’ve taken that long). My toes look bad I asked for flowers and theres just dots with lines after explaining exactly what I wanted many times. Then when it car to my hands she couldn’t do the first 3 things I wanted because they were designs and apparently my nails were too short but they’re fully grown out. These were also my wedding nails so she basically couldn’t get anything I wanted so they’re just white and the ring finger is just rose gold sparkles. There’s also bubbles on several of all of our nails. She also kept buffing and filing my nails and kept getting my finger it was so raw and started to bleed and now has a scab she also made my other hand bleed.
