Within the past few months the orders have been very inconsistent, I've noticed some of the regular baristas have left, and the service has become uncomfortable. No one should have to be the stereotypical customer service, though being kind takes nothing. I recently ordered a small group order, Let it Snow, Matcha latte with Oat& espresso, iced Matcha latte with oat, breakfast sandwich, and two pastries. The first taste of the hot latte was off and continued to taste sour. Then looking at the iced latte there were milk speckles all throughout the drink and also taste sour/off. As pictured below. I called to ask about the oat milk used, without any apologies for a sour drink, the barista said the milk had not expired so they don't know why it would taste sour... Rude but okay, after a long awkward silence a remake was offered to be made under my name and number. I visited the store the next day for the corrected drinks, the barista was very confused, and questioned the order. I explained the situation and they moved through the order uneasy. The corrected orders also pictured below are drastically different. No one is perfect, I truly understand that in customer service myself, but the inconsistency and customer service is severely lacking at this location and I feel uncomfortable visiting the cafe. Sadly that will be my last visit because it no longer feels inviting. I do not need to be persuaded to revisit, all I ask is to take the constructive feedback neutrally and make adjustments were needed.

I am writing to express my disappointment in the service I received during my recent visit to your establishment. The lack of consideration for customer time was evident, and the wait times were unacceptable.
Upon arrival, I stood in line for approximately eight minutes before reaching the ordering area, only to realize there was nobody in front of me. The process to receive my food and drink took an additional 15 minutes, resulting in a total wait time of nearly 25 minutes from start to finish. This extended wait time is far from the efficient service I have come to expect from your store.
Unfortunately, this experience is not isolated, as I have noticed a consistent pattern of long wait times for drive-up service ranging from 15 to 20 minutes. As a valued customer, I believe it is crucial for businesses to prioritize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Regrettably, if this trend continues, I am hesitant to return to your store in the future. I hope this feedback will be taken constructively to improve the overall customer experience and operational efficiency at your establishment.

I get coffee from here regularly. A dreamy cold brew....always comes out with the cream on top, but when you mix it, it actually stay mixed. But if you like cold brew, this is one of the smoothest cups I've had!
I ordered a ham, egg, and cheese bagel the other day and when I tell you it was good, I was really good. It was very large compared to other drive-thru sandwiches and didn't have that big yellow center in the egg. This sandwich is great!
Now on to the cake...if you like chocolate...a lot....their chocolate cake is for you! It's rich, moist and had deep chocolate flavors. It's a really big slice and I'd suggest sharing it or eating some and saving the rest for later. It's not overly sweet but it is definitely rich with chocolate flavor.
I've yet to go in, I always go through the drive-thru. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and welcoming, which makes returning regularly a no brainer.
Go. Order a dreamy cold brew, get a bagel sandwich, and make some cake for later and consider your day instantly improved.
