So, last I went I had to write a 1 star review because they stopped taking take out orders 20 mins before they actually closed. I got online with my 30% off coupon, but it was so confusing to and order a 1/2 and 1/2 pizza online, so I just called it in. I told them I had the coupon from online. They failed to tell me when I ordered that they would not honor the coupon code I gave them. Instead, when I picked up, they told me that I could only have 10% off, because that code was for online, because "my manager has eyes on this kind of stuff". Great...but #1- tell me when I call in you cannot order the coupon, do not wait until a guest arrives. #2- your online order system is confusing, so you should honor the coupon. Unpleasantly surprised by the DIY nature of this establishment. Groupon deal came to about 50% off (THANK GOD...), luckily. But still, for the nearly $25, I could have driven around the corner to my local Kroger and gotten two of their house brand take-and-bake pizzas and the salad for about the same price and saved the 45 minute round trip.
