One More Time – Buyer/Seller Beware I had one of the most disappointing retail experiences at this store. I came in with authentic designer shoes, only to be met with rude, judgmental treatment from the owner, Chris. Without offering any clear reason or explanation, she accused my shoes of being fake. I found this deeply insulting, especially as I later went out of my way to get them professionally authenticated and even contacted the original store to verify my purchase with the receipt. As an African American woman I felt the judgement & racism when I have a white woman in my face assuming I would bring in such a product that’s not of value. The audacity and the nerve of this woman is beyond me. As a business owner myself, I would never treat a customer with the dismissive and condescending attitude I received here. Instead of professionalism, I was met with hostility and a lack of respect. What makes this worse is that I could have been a loyal, returning customer, but after this encounter, I will never step foot in this store again. I usually root for smaller businesses and try to support them but people like Chris & stores like this ruins it for so many. Plus you never know who walks into your store or what blessings they could give but unfortunately this store does not need or deserve to be open still. If you value fair, respectful, and professional customer service, I suggest taking your business elsewhere. Zero Stars is actually what...
Read moreThe accessibility at the store is mediocre/poor. There are some great aspects, as well as not so great aspects. For one, the racks are spaced out very nicely, which would make it easy for a wheelchair to get through. Most things are low enough to the ground where someone can reach from a wheelchair, but not everything would be considered low enough. There are 4 main sections to this store, and someone with a mobility issue would only be able to access 2 of those sections. One section is right as you walk in and another has a ramp leading up to it, while for some reason the other 2 areas have no ramp (one of which contains the dressing rooms). Dressing rooms are a bit to small to fit any wheelchairs in, but they all do have a very nice sized bench for anyone to sit down on. However, keep in mind that there is no ramp to even get up to the dressing room area. Overall, I love coming to this store, but there are definitely important aspects in regards to accessibility that could be improved. Adding 2 more ramps would be a great start. **the picture shows the spaced out racks and an entire section in which people with wheelchairs would not be able to access, including...
Read moreOwner Chris & her whole staff are FABULOUS! Ladies (AND Gents) she has some beautiful clothing and accessories so reasonably priced (up to date too) so you really WON'T need to keep going to Macy's, etc. I love her rewards system, sales and fact that we can use money & credits she gives us at her furniture resale store too, "One More Time, Etc." No this ISN'T a fake review (God's truth! I am a Christian☺). I just happen to work in sales and have to market myself a lot. Chris really IS fantastic and her store beautiful too. I always enjoy my shopping experiences here AND savings I get when I go to BOTH stores! I recommend BOTH stores she owns. One furniture, home accessories (AWESOME!) and this clothing store. Thanks Chris. Been praying for your recovery after this "dumdemic"☺ (pandemic). Stay AWESOME. You 4 sure have MY...
