This store or should I say management and the people behind the customer service desk has turned into nothing but trash I would not recommend this store to anyone even if they were given things away free other than if you deal with a majority of the cashiers and the floor people they all tend to be pretty much nice and friendly and caring management team every single management person I have dealt with in the last year for any reason rude and disrespectful brandy with an eye very rude and disrespectful part of the customer service team at the front desk rude and disrespectful Brandon rude and disrespectful Brandon will eat a lie and say that you've been rude since you came up even though he wasn't there. I shot for elderly people and I looked at my receipt and it didn't seem to add up and because I didn't understand that they grouped same price items together per brandy she kept saying that over and over again but they didn't I had 2 different lines with 3 items for the same price on 1 line 3 items for the same price on another line so that didn't make sense to me what she was saying so she rudely cut me off and called for Brandon who came up said the same thing rudely and was appalled that I didn't understand what their process was. Then he tells me the reason why they were on 2 different lives because one was close Out as if I would have any idea what that means. Then he tried to lie when I stated that they Both had been rude and disrespectful since I came up I just had a question he tried to lie and say what you've been rude since you came up I told him you're a liar you weren't even up here. I'm sorry that I don't understand your job in your process as I work in a totally different field and then I grabbed all of my stuff and proceeded to throw up back Into my cart because I wasn't dealing with them anymore. Brandon then when I said well I'm just recorded this entire thing he said well I'm not talking to you if you're recording me because he knew that if I was recording him they would both be busted out and he walked away. I of course wasn't recording I'm not that person I'm not somebody's gonna complain either unnecessarily but how dare you be rude and disrespectful when all I was trying to do was make sure that I wasn't overcharged with someone else's money. Since he walked away I went ahead and decided to put more than half of my items back. This company this store needs to do better there's only 2 here in Columbus honestly it wouldn't hurt my heart if they just disappear most people don't know anything about them anyway. But if you think you could get in that store get some items and get out of there without having to talk to anybody in management or anybody at the customer service desk Then sometimes they have decent items to buy and 90% of the cashiers and 4 people are very nice just don't deal with customer service desk and do not under any circumstances deal...
Read moreI have lived 0.3 miles from the Henderson Road location for almost 18 months. One would think that I would shop here often. I DON'T! The reason being is the cashiers. I have yet to have a cashier speak "Welcome to Marcs" "Hello" "Thank you" not once. Today was my LAST day entering that store. I think a little customer service goes a long way. One early morning I ran in to pick up something and I had to talk to the cashier because she refused to speak. Her supervisors a lady told me she was having a bad day. Stay home then. Read moreI've always loved the deals you can get here. Today, I went to check out with a cart full of groceries and gifts. I placed them on the belt in an order that made sense to me. The belt kept running, bunching up all the items. The cashier rudely told me that next time I needed to place all the heavy items first so this doesn't happen. I told her I didn't realize that and maybe there should be a sign. I know I've gone to other stores and it hasn't been an issue. I suggested a sign.
