The UPS Store — Local services in Upper Arlington

The 3 men I spoke with during my visit to this store were rude & snarky. They charge $5 to print a label. When I questioned for clarification I was told 5 minute minimum to use the computer, $1 per minute - $5. I logged into my gmail acct, printed my label and took my box to the counter. The guy helping me taped the label on the box I was trying to ship. After he realized I printed a business account label he told me they don’t allow customers to print a business account label and proceeded to cut off the taped down label, threw the label in the trash and told me I could print the label elsewhere and bring back my box for them to ship. None of this made sense to me and was a huge waste of time. I called Ship, Print e-Sell at Kingsdale to find out if the could help. I was told they could and asked me to email my label. When I arrived the label was printed, the service was friendly & I was on my way in minutes. I will never go back to the UPS store on 5th Ave. I will promote Ship...

I was really stressed because I realized I had accidentally shipped two separate return orders in the same box. I went first the the following morning to see if someone could find the box for me before it shipped. I spoke with Gabby and Chris and explained by situation. Gabby asked for the shipping info and said they would call me back when they found it. (There were a lot of boxes in the back to sort through) They must have seen my stress because 10 minutes later they called me back saying they had found it! Local neighborhood UPS store in North UA. The times I've been there the store presents as clean & organized. There is usually steady customer traffic so expect to wait in line a few mins. There is drop off for packages ready to ship. They seem to hire good people. The counter ppl are intelligent, know what they are doing and handle ea order with efficiency. There is one girl there now who seems very knowledgeable of UPS procedures. Lastly, and I guess mbe most importantly, THEY ANSWER THEIR PHONE. 😲 like on the 2nd ring. Whaaaa?
