We paid for the buffet with drinks but the fountain machine was out. We asked for cheese for the salad and they brought one with mixed and one with white, they said they were out of one of the cheeses. No silverware except 2 forks and when requested they finally put out plastic silverware. It was a birthday gathering and the children had a fun time with each other and the game room but everyone was disappointed. Total of 2 children, 2 teens and 7 adults. The prices aren't bad but if no food, then not a good place to go. We use to go often but lately, it has been a disappointment.

Here’s a polished version of your feedback that you could use for a review or message to the business:
We recently visited for a birthday gathering and, unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. We paid for the buffet with drinks, but the fountain machine was out of order. When we asked for cheese for the salad bar, we were brought two kinds—one mixed and one white—only to be told they were out of the other cheese option.
There was also a lack of silverware. Only two forks were available initially, and after requesting more, plastic utensils were eventually put out.
While the kids (2 children and 2 teens) had fun with each other and in the game room, the overall experience left much to be desired for the group of 7 adults.
The prices are reasonable, but if food and drink options aren’t available, it’s hard to justify coming back. We used to visit often, but lately, it’s become a letdown.
Would you like help tailoring this for a public review (Google, Yelp, etc.) or a private message to the management?

Great — here’s a version optimized for a Google review. It’s honest, clear, and fair in tone:
We came for a birthday gathering (2 kids, 2 teens, and 7 adults) and were really disappointed. We paid for the buffet with drinks, but the fountain machine was out. When we asked for cheese for the salad bar, they brought two kinds and said they were out of the third. There were only two forks available, and when we asked for more silverware, they eventually just put out plastic utensils.
The kids had a good time in the game room, and prices are reasonable, but if key items like drinks, utensils, and parts of the food selection aren’t available, it really takes away from the experience. We used to come here often, but lately, it's just...
Read moreWe visited this location yesterday evening (August 12, 2025) at 6 p.m. I completely regret not looking at the buffet first. I spent over $60 for 5 of us to basically leave hungry. Let's start with the drinks: The Fountain was out of all but Coke, Diet Coke, and Sprite. The ice machine couldn't even keep up with the demand, and ran empty several times. There was sweet and unsweet tea (I Think). Now for the buffet: There was a full pan of pasta, but no sauce of any kind, or any type of cheese to top it with...just...pasta. The pizza line, you know, the star of the establishment, was...well...empty. I saw absolutely no more than 3 pizzas at any given time, and the employee was reusing the pans and screens as he replaced the pizzas. The line ran completely out of food several times, with an entire restaurant of people just waiting to eat. No one got the pizza of their choosing as pies were simply being made in order to offer SOMETHING for everyone to eat. I watched an employee put out a new tray of "fresh" brownies, so I mustered up the courage to grab a couple in desperate hopes to at least temporarily stave my hunger, and wouldn't you know...they were cold! My teenage son attempted to use the bathroom, and simply came back to the dining area and reported that the restrooms are in absolute disgusting condition, and not fit to use. Staffing: I counted 4 employees, including the shift manager. One at the counter doing the best she could to calm the chaos, one bussing the tables, washing the dishes, and resupplying plates on the buffet line as quickly as he could, one cutting pizzas and trying to resupply the buffet line, and the shift manager trying to make new pies as fast as she could and getting them into the oven. I will give credit, these overwhelmed employees were doing the best they could with the limited supplies and manpower they had, but the stress was all over their faces, and added to the horrible dining experience. I don't blame them for what I walked into. I blame the management.
I used to be a big fan of CiCi's, especially this one, for it's value, friendly staff, and good food. I have lost all confidence in this location, or at least it's management. Inventory is horrible, staffing is not appropriate for the demand, and no one apparently has time to clean...anything. This was a complete waste...
Read more(1) Today, I was with a group of 7, of which 5 of them reside of town, and I was embarrassed. They did not wear gloves of the line, I saw a few do a side arm sneeze, yet no one wore a mask on line. Additionally, the line was basically broke while multiple employees stood around talking to each other doing basically nothing. Furthermore, I saw one male employees underwear due to he was sagging. (2) Line was broke with several empty spots and we were scraping for good pieces. We had to wait for pepperoni pizza and dessert items. Additionally, the pasta spot had 3 empty area, and I asked about it of the employee told me that nothing was supposed to be there. (3) Employees would spend time on the phone or talking with others, without visible name tags, then walk into the food areas, and I am unsure if they washed their hands. (4) There was no soap in the men's bathroom and the sweet tea was empty. Of which the same employee was previously on a register, went to make tea, yet no gloves, and I am unsure if she washed her hands. It seems that they basically did not care at all. (5) I actually saw one employee, do a side arm sneeze, no mask, placed a pizza in a to go box with no gloves thus bare hands. This same employee was EATING pizza with her HANDS going to her MOUTH and continue touching pizza equipment via oven WITHOUT washing hands. I was so disgusted that at this point, I FINALLY contacted a manager and the situation started improving. (6) The manager was a African American woman whom apologized and this employee overheard our conversation, then finally washed her hands. However, the manager corrected her. (7) After this manager got involved, the line started to improve and she rightfully corrected employees for not doing their jobs. Including the same one that was sagging, was supposed to sweep an hour ago yet still have not done it. (8) Later on, I heard this same sagging employee complain to his co-worker, about he DOESN'T LIKE THE manager to tell him what to do. I was shocked that he actually expressed this sentiment by customers. (9) This manager's attempt to right bad situations is THE ONLY reason I gave a 2 stars,...
