I went today for breakfast and used the self-order kiosk. I chose coffee with vanilla syrup, bagel with cream cheese, and a fruit cup. The coffee is self serve so I grabbed a cup and went to the coffee counter - there was no vanilla syrup and the coffee was slightly warm. There was an employee running past, she was delivering food to curbside, I told her about the coffee and she quickly sent a fresh pot of coffee out and delivered a bottle of vanilla syrup herself - but after I got a couple pumps of syrup out she took it back to the kitchen area so I couldnt get a refill without having to ask her to bring it back out. Then when I went to get my food, they were out of silverware and had forgotten my cream cheese. Again, I had to ask for help and it was quickly resolved. My problem here is that they have moved to a self-service type restaurant, but the supplies needed to serve myself are not maintained. The workers seemed to be very busy, everyone was very nice and helpful, but I really felt bad for having to interrupt their work flow to ask for what I needed. I'm sure they, like most other restaurants, need more workers so I do not blame the staff at all. This falls entirely...
Read moreI have been to many Panera Breads and by far this is the worst one I have ever dealt with. I personally will be going to Atlanta Bread Company while living here in Columbus. The first bad experience I had with them was when I ordered a meal for my family to go. I walked in and ordered, and 25 minutes later received my order (I was told the wait was on some avocado!!! AVOCADO!) SLOWEST SERVICE EVER! A sit down restaurant has a faster ticket time. I felt today I would give them another shot, but this time I decided to do the drive through for a quick breakfast for my son and I. Simple enough... wrong... I ordered a bagel and the green smoothie, pull up to pay and they only had my bagel. Maybe you should have your workers repeat the order back so people that are in a hurry don't have to wait longer for their smoothie. I decided against having them make it, because lets be honest, they clearly haven't proven they are fast with orders. If you are in a time crunch, don't come here, and when you order, clearly talk SLOW for them, or make sure they repeat your order back. I highly recommend Atlanta bread company over...
Read moreI feel like this location is always hit or miss. I wish it more consistent. Sometimes the pastries are fresh made and sometimes they taste old . The teas are sometimes fresh and sometimes not . The last time we visited half the restaurant was empty. We quickly noticed why everyone was packed into one area. The back half smelled like a sewer. Going to get your drink was horrendous as the smell took over. We ended up sitting outside to try to get our appetite back. We haven't been back since as it was that traumatizing and with it being so packed in one area, it didn't make for a very relaxing breakfast. This location continues to go downhill for many reasons. The booths need to be redone, the tables cleaned more often. And customer service can be better. We may wait a while before going back and the post will be edited and updated when that occurs to a more satisfactory rating and post if that happens to come about ! Wish I could have updated with more positive. Ugh but got soup and a bread bowl and the bread bowl was over cooked and so tough it was impossible to even eat. Ugh. Come on Panera. Get...
