Hello, I am reaching out because I have a deeply concerning issue that is weighing heavily on my mind. My child is facing significant challenges: they still cannot speak or focus, and I am profoundly worried about their well-being and development. I have reason to believe that this might be connected to the multiple vaccines that were administered to them during their first two years of life.
To provide some context, I have other children who were not given any vaccines, and they are thriving—they have not encountered the same developmental issues that my vaccinated child is struggling with. This disparity has raised serious questions for me, especially when I think about how my one child was on a rigorous vaccination schedule, receiving vaccines approximately every two months for the first two years of their life. In contrast, my other children were never scheduled for any vaccines, and they are completely healthy.
I am seeking a better understanding of how this can be explained. Why is it that one child was subjected to such a frequent vaccination schedule, while my other children were not, and yet only the vaccinated child is now experiencing these issues? It feels as though vaccines were administered to my child endlessly, and I am desperate for clarity on whether this could have had an impact on their development. Any guidance or insight would mean the world to me as I try to navigate this challenging...
Read moreSeriously, don’t waste your time at this urgent care. Receptionist team was beyond horrible, forgetting to finish checking you in, as you have to go to 3 for the process. Complete NO sense of urgency, it’s like they don’t even want to work there or put ANY effort in. It’s like they almost hated their job and they took it out on you and did not care at all how they represented the hospital. Looked like just rolled out of bed. They could see my child had swollen possible broken bones and didn’t even show sympathy or offer any ice...I had to go ask for it after awhile, and she said, ‘ow yhea, we have some’, and just turned her seat around and it was right there...so it took no effort so there’s NO excuse. I did not think front receptionist are even nurses...maybe hourly workers, therefore that’s why they are that way? Also, everything was completely dirty, and it just felt unhealthy once you entered. So sad for such a great hospital to have a portion of their business being run and looking like a free...
Read moreMy family has visited this place several times with my 4 year-old daughter. We have always been treated promptly and nicely. However, recently my daughter was seen by a Dr. Rachel Levine, who was an absolutely unpleasant and unprofessional representative of Nationwide Children's Hospital and its satellites. This doctor was yelling at a ticklish 4 year old to "HOLD STILL!!!" during her exam, scaring her because she's not screamed at in her homes. Then, refusing to treat a UTI with antibiotics because of some crazy reason that was probably realistically the doctor's bad day or home life. Nationwide Children's: This is a teaching moment for your provider. Bedside manner in pediatric medicine is so important to making our children feel safe and loved in a hospital or doctor's office setting. If Doctor Rachel Levine can't leave her personal issues at the door when coming to care for sick children, then maybe she needs reminded that the world needs electrician's and...
