We have been happy with the staff, nurses, and doctors here. I only gave it 4 stars because sometimes we have had to wait over an hour to 1.5 hours past our scheduled time to be seen. I do appreciate places can get behind and if there is an unusual/important situation that needs to be addressed then I certainly want them to do that however it has happened more often than not before COVID life. If we cannot be more than a 15 or 20 minutes late without having to be penalized then I think in all fairness the same consideration for our schedules and time spent should be addressed by the facility. Since COVID once we returned to the office they are not running that kind of behind. Televisits in the past year have been on time and we felt like items were addressed. We like Dr Dedyo very much. She has been wonderful to work with and discuss items regarding our child. She has been very open and communicative in the...

This service is through an outside vendor that will balance bill āsurprise billā you $3k - $4k after your insurance pays them an in-network rate. I thought I was covered but there is a loop hole since the ambulance company is a private company. The federal surprise act does not cover land ambulances. The Ohio no surprise laws also have exceptions. Nationwide claims no responsibility. This happens to me the first time visiting nationwide childrenās. The transportation wasnāt needed. My impression is that nationwide is focused on bottom line and increasing revenue. If possible, I would wait and monitor your child before electing emergency transportation. They seemed focused on pushing you to the hospital to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreInappropriate staff that does not introduce themselves. A nurse that is rude to my daughter by asking embarrassing and personal question in the hallway, and she was talking to my five years old son like talking to an adult. I told her he is a 5 years old boy and your way of talking is not good for kids. She got affended, and she started explaining of her way of talking and she has 5 kids on her own. I know one thing she can behave or talk to her kids the way she wants, but she needs to be more professional at her place of work. If she does not like working with children then she may need to consider working in a different environment. Our appointment was at 9 am, and its 0954 waiting in the room not seeing yet by a Doctor. This place has been going down in their costumer services. Even the checking in staff is like ignoring patient and talking in...
