Any business or establishment that doesn’t know how to respect their elders gets no respect or profit from me. I will never spend money at Ollie’s again after the experience my 65 year old mother had. My mother visited on 10/27/24 for a simple return, mind you she had her receipt. Instead of her getting her return and going on with her day, and more than likely coming back to visit ollies again in the future because she’s a frequent customer. She was instead greeted with such a rude and nasty person by the name of Joy. Joy raised her voice at my elderly mother, and even was taunting and laughing at my mother. I don’t know who raised Joy but I know who didnt, someone with respect and common sense. My mother did get her refund of course because she didn’t do anything wrong and had her receipt but it was so bad that other employees had to apologize to my mother. I don’t play about my mother, I don’t think anyone does so I’m glad I wasn’t there but I really want to hear back from someone about this. Joy started an Altercation with my mother for god knows what, if you’re having a bad that’s ok, it happens to everyone but at the end of the day when you clock into your shift you’re supposed to respect your elders and customers. Customer literally always come first. Joy doesn’t deserve the title that she holds now or anything more if that’s how she treats elderly people, she needs to learn some respect before she tries to have her amazing career in customer...

If you're familiar with how to shop for bargains and deals then this is a great place to go. If you keep in mind that this place is designed for the slightly more savvy knowledge shopper then you can find some great deals if you know what you're looking for.
We went here to purchase Nerf weapons and other social board games and found both. Some of the stuff was cheap products that wouldn't give a great time but there is many diamonds in the rough at these kind of places.
The quality of goods is (secondhand retail ) versus (second hand)
The environment was clean there's everything from books to food some minor groceries and housewares and appliances a bit of everything that you can find that this location if you've ever been to an Ollie's before then it's about the same.
The only negative I can say about the place is that almost every time that I went to this one I've always had to wait in a longer line to get checked out. This last time that I went I had some things in hand I wanted to purchase but I ended up putting them down and walking out of line because...
Read moreSo much to choose from. Hard to get a shopping cart, though, and since I knew I wanted sparkling water, I needed one. Chatted with other shoppers, as I always do. We tell each other of the hidden gems we find. Do take the time to talk to other bargain hunters since the store is not always logically arranged . Recommendations are always a good thing. I found Pina Colada sparkling water; it is yummy. Hubby found a one-pot cookbook that he had to have. I got a new tea kettle. Do get a cart from the parking lot so you can load up on necessities that have undergone a label update; you get the toothpaste for a dollar! Lots of books for the grandkids, stickers too. K-cups are slways at the front of the store; I resisted this time. Peanut Butter and Frosted Cinnamon Bun are my favorites. The asst mgr checked me out with my Ollie's card, then shared her chocolates with me too! It...
