I ONLY GAVE A 5 STAR RATING SO IT WOULD SHOW MY POST.THIS PLACE IS TRASH FROM THE FOOD THE THE EMPLOYEES!I WOULDNT EVEN RATE IT A ONE STAR HONESTLY.This is the nastiest KFC I've ever been inside of from the dirty tables to the rude loud employees and management.They absolutely never get orders right (which is why I was even dining in) I went there yesterday may 8th and ordered a $5 chicken pot pie meal.It literally had not one piece of chicken in the pot pie.they also forgot the cookie.the only thing that was right was the pop.i called they was ok over the phone told me to come in today (may9th)and they would replace the meal.so I went through the drive threw they told me i had to come in for replacement orders.so I'm like ok ill just eat inside since I already have to unload my kids.i ordered another meal a $5 crispy chicken sandwich meal along with the replacement meal.no pickle.thats the only thing I requested.they put pickle on it I nicely ask "sir can you please remake my sandwich with no pickles" he rolls his eyes and says yes.( I would have just picked them off but my child can't eat pickles at all) I wait 10 minutes he comes out and says they are out of the Patty's..I'm like ok and he just walks away.doesnt offer anything nothing just walks away and leaves me standing there. then the snotty rude manager says I'll remake it with chicken strips.she literally put popcorn chicken in between buns and the whole sandwich falls apart.so I go back up and another employee says "she's back again" and starts mocking me.i said that was rude she said ur rude for complaining! and starts talking trash to me out of no where as if it's my fault they meseed my meal up.i requested her name she refused to give it to me.so I ask the manager she refuses to give me her or the employees names.the food is horrible dry and they obviously can't get it together because during the time I was there everyone from the drive threw came in and had to get their orders fixed as well as the people dining in..on top of that after the employee that said "she's back" and I had words she proceeded to go out side and wait for me.this place is trash.i don't know how they could let someone who clearly has no customer service or common since be a manager or how they let their employees treat paying customers.all this happened in front of my children and also side note they are not family friendly as I asked if they had a changing table and they said no change him either on THE BATHROOM floor or take him to my car. Read moreWorst experience ever in the drive thru. They deserve way worse than a star rating for sure. They had the wrong price up on the sign outside for what I ordered. After I ordered they said a price of $4.50 more. I asked about it and she argued with me saying my manager just put that price sign up and she said it's correct. So I said well it's not correct I just took a picture of it and the manager came out extremely rudely and quickly yanked the sign down because they were wrong. They still insisted that I pay $4.50 more. I told her I should pay exactly what the sign said. Actually I should have gotten it for free after all of that harassment over me a customer just trying to place my order. They were beyond none professional for sure. Never apologized or admitted it was their mistake.When I finally got to pull up to the window no other cars were in front of or behind me and I waited forever for crappy food and they still kept $1 extra of my money. They didn't close the container properly and Georgia Gold sauce spilled all over my car seat. I filled out their survey and complained about the horrible experience to a different manager that called me. He thought it was a proper idea to compensate me for all of that trouble with a $5.00 fillup meal for free. Really ? A 5.00 fillup will not even compensate me enough to get my car seat cleaned is more than that alone. Not to mention my money they kept or my time and aggrevations I had to deal with just because their manager made many many many mistakes and I paid for them all as a customer. Read moreI am disappointed in the customer service at this location. I went there to order meals for myself and my husband. They had this new “Sides Favorites” meal advertised on the board. It had 8pc tenders with 3 large sides and 4 biscuits. It was exactly what I wanted 😁. The posted price was $25.99. When I attempted to order this in the drive through, the lady said it wasn’t possible, that it wasn’t on her computer. That I could get 12 pcs but the cost was $32.99. But I wanted what was advertised. So I asked to speak to a manager. The manager, Jai said the same thing as the lady. That he could not change the price in the computer, and that he was new and already had to remove other incorrect signs. So I told him I think he needs to honor my request as a customer who wanted what was advertised, then if he wants to remove the sign that’s fine. He refused to honor my request. He remained calm and spoke to me kindly, as I did the same. I just asked for the store number and his name to write a formal complaint. I feel like when signs are posted incorrectly, and a customer asks for that item. That it should be granted, then change your sign so no one was can order that. I was highly disappointed and had to go someplace else...
