I live just about 2 and a half hours away from this place. Had came here two weekends ago and bought two woobie hoodies one for me and one for my girlfriend. After getting all the way back home had found that the sizes we had were wrong for each other after taking measurements of our chest and comparing to sizing of hoodie on label on inside and I had given her mine and had taken hers to bring back to swap with the size I needed. Receipt had been lost after a week because I couldn't just turn around and come back down with living almost 2 and half hours away. So, I called to see if I could bring back and swap without receipt and was told by multiple individuals that worked at the store that I could. So today I finally drove 2 and half hours all the way down here to be here when they first opened up at 10:00 and it is 10:15 right now as I sit in their parking lot typing this. That I am told this hoodie has been worn when tags are clearly still on hoodie and the hoodie has not been worn at all. These hoodies are like magnets picking any little lint up. This hoodie has sat in my house for a week with out being worn. But has picked up any lint that floated around the house. So it sounds like just because I don't have a receipt they will use any excuse to not swap the item even though they themselves said you can without receipt. I will not be coming back to this store. I have received better treatment at commandos than this store so I highly recommend anyone looking for military gear to go to commandos over...

I should’ve known when I told the alterations desk that I needed x # of service stripes and x # of combat stripes and was looked at like I was crazy, that I came to the wrong place. “We can only sew on what’s on the wall over there.” Well you only sell combat stripes up to six at a time...so how do I get the number that I need? The young woman shrugs and says,”I don’t know, we must not have them.”
People, fellow soldiers, you only see on what you need in one piece. You don’t just add new stripes.
I picked my uniform up today and got back to the office to find a sewing job that is SHAMEFUL. My second grade daughter could sew better...and she’s never sewn anything in her life.
Long story short. DO NOT GIVE RANGER JOES YOUR UNIFORMS TO...

Strike one: They accidentally cut holes behind my name tape, so they gave me another top. However it was a different brand then my bottoms and didn't match so I had to by new bottoms from there. Strike two: Got my instructor badges sewn on two tops. Both of them were stitched curved and uneven. Not folded into a square. They asked me if I wanted it redone by a different seamstress I said no this isn't the first time this has happened. Got my refund and left. I even noticed that the rank on my uniform I was wearing the rank was stitched on wrong also! Never going back. I figured the manager (if that's what you would call him) would have been more attentive or caring about the issue.
I went to Commandos down the street and they were shocked at how bad the stitching was, they were a couple dollars more but is rather have...
