I’ve been coming here for the last eight months and I have never had a bad experience here. However, the only person that has ever done my waxes is Courtney. She does an amazing job and I’ve never had any complaints. but the one time that she was not available, someone else did my wax and her name was Tae. Tae automatically came off with an attitude. I don’t even know why, but I could just feel the tension. Maybe she was having a bad day. After she finished waxing she did not completely wax everything and when I asked if she could go back and get the hairs she missed, she had an attitude with me and then she charge me unnecessarily for a smaller part of my stomach to be waxed as well. when I expressed that to her, and I told her that isnt correct she immediately caught an attitude with me in front of everyone in the lobby. It was honestly very uncalled for and I did not appreciate it because I’ve been coming here for the last eight months. I’ve never had an issue, but the first time someone else does my wax this female named Tae has to be rude. I do not recommend her, and I would not EVER have her do my wax especially if she’s gonna catch an attitude every time someone asked her question. I cannot speak for the other staff, because the other staff have shown me nothing but kindness but this one female was unnecessarily rude and she needs to reconsider her actions and her attitude the next time she speaks to a customer who did...

This was my second time getting a Brazilian wax and and it was most definitely worth it! I called around 1pm and spoke with the super helpful and friendly receptionist about an ad that I seen on Facebook advertising that they were a newly opened business and were offering $5 off your first service. The receptionist informend me that today was the last day for the offer and was able to squeeze me in within an hour so that I could take advantage of the amazing offer. The location for Brazilian body wax by Katharine was super easy to find. Brazilian body wax is located right next to chicken salad chick off airport throughway. When I walked in for my appointment at 2:30 pm I was immediately impressed. The decor inside of the building offers an immediate peaceful and inviting feel. The waiting room and restrooms were super clean and well maintained. The receptionist immediately offered me her attention, asked me to sign in, and had me seated for my appointment. Waiting no longer than 30 seconds I was walked walked into my private room to have my service completed. Amber immediately introduced herself and proceeded to ask me questions in order to make sure that she was fully aware of the services that I wanted. I really wanted to love this place because their prices are decent. But there was a review a couple months ago stating that their experience was very rushed and they still left with hair all over. This was my exact experience. The first time I went I booked with Ashley. Not only did she not do anything to remove the sugar wax residue from my body, but I ended up having to come back in because there was so much hair left that she failed to remove. My session with her was less than 5 minutes and extremely rushed. I decided to book again, but with a different employee. When I showed up for my appointment Ashley said she was servicing me because the girl I booked with was out. That’s something I should have been told beforehand and given the opportunity to reschedule before I was already there. I proceeded with the wax to give her a second chance. And while the hair removal portion was better this time, I got home to find I have clumps of hard wax stuck to my skin that were so painful to remove on my own, despite me deliberately asking if she could remove any wax before I left. I gave this two stars only for the fact that the woman at the front desk let me come back after my first session, free of charge, so they could correct my wax.
