Airport thruway location needs new management or regional oversite. First time experiencing customer service this bad. I am going to be detailed in hopes that corporate or someone sees this. I have never had Bojangles and my husband wanted me to try it. We went in the drive thru around 10am yesterday and we ordered a #7 and #8. The employee was talking to someone on the headset. The store was empty and no one was in the drive thru so I can assume she was talking to another employee. She asked us to repeat the order. Then we heard her again talking to someone else. So we repeated the order for the 3rd time and we went to the window. She said our total was $8. My husband said "That doesn't sound right. We had 2 meals." The young lady with an attitude and a nasty look on her face stated "No you didnt. You only had the #7." Again, my husband repeated the order and she again stated with an attitude and nasty look " No you didnt order that. You ordered a #7 and if you want to order something else you will have to go back around the drive thru" My husband and I looked at each other in disbelief and decided to leave. As we started to pull off she stuck her head out of the window and yelled " So you not gonna get the food?!!" And we yelled back "NO!!" Then the cook came out the side door and yelled at us too using profanity. How can you get our order wrong and then act as if we inconvenienced you?!! At that point i dont want anything from you because who knows what you might do to the food! This location might as well shut down if this is the staff that is running it. Horrible first time experience and I wont be back. After my experience and reading other recent reviews, I see now why the place is empty all the time. I was going to call to speak to a manager but according to reviews, apparently the in store management isn't great either. We were very disappointed and my husband was upset because he was hungry and excited for...

I was eagerly anticipating some good chicken, but I was informed that the thighs would take 16 minutes to be ready, which I accepted. However, that 16 minutes stretched to 30, and then someoneāwho shall remain namelessādropped a tray of freshly cooked chicken. What a tremendous waste! This incident likely stems from the lack of non-slip work shoes or a blatant disregard for the dress code. The management at this location demonstrates a troubling lack of integrity and respect, which ultimately reflects poorly on Bojangles as a brand.
This situation is indicative of what I refer to as "DGAF syndrome," a pervasive issue in America today that fuels various societal problems. Many individuals appear to be merely going through the motions, lacking motivation, and failing to communicate effectively.
That said, I genuinely wish the employee who spilled the chicken wellāaccidents happen. However, if you're going to show up for work, itās critical to adhere to the proper dress code and not show up as if youāre lounging at home. Iām fortunate to work in an environment that values dressing for success and maintaining a professional appearance.
At least one good thing came out of this mess. I was able to...

So he raised his voice which she sounded very annoyed and said she couldnāt hear him still. He was yelling our order at that point. The lady gave us attitude the entire time. She was sarcastic to us. She repeated our order back to us wrong so my husband said our order again and she said āThatās what I said. Iām repeating your order back to you sirā but she was being sarcastic. The entire experience was terrible. We finally get to the drive thru window where a different lady dealt with our payment and giving us the food. She was nicer. However, we asked if the chicken sandwich was spicy and behind the nice lady that rude one interrupts us and says āYou canāt do no add ons. Tell them they canāt add on.ā We never got our question answered. Turns out the sandwich was spicy which we didnāt want. We came two hours before closing not five minutes. There was no reason for her to be so rude and hateful. So hopefully Bojangles get that fix or else no one would...
