Starbucks — Restaurant in Blendon Township

Was so looking Forward to my wicked Glenda’s Pink Potion. I arrived and it wasn’t ready. No big deal. Only this day I was running late. I could tell the person behind the counter was a little stressed, but she did acknowledge me and told me she’d be making my order next, even though she messed up my drink and it was horrible. She was so friendly, courteous and kind that she was instantly forgiven. Others didn’t find her so nice, and while I waited for my drink, more than one person walked out, and then a very rude lady, came up and tried to cancel her order. I get it I would’ve done the same had the attendant not been so kind the problem is a couple days later when I ordered the same exact order, I got something completely different. The second drink was made to perfection and tasted so awesome . However, the service was horrible. Not just because I like my service with a smile. But when you look so tortured customers wonder if you put a lil bad mojo in that delicious drink it’s not worth it. Third times a charm I can’t wait for my next trip. P. S. Wow… I’ve like literally never bothered to leave a bad review because I don’t think it’s right to give customer service workers a hard time. I know it’s a hard job but dang this interaction really made me frustrated. I asked for a cold brew, they were out. Okay it’s late in the day- no biggie. Then I asked for a pistachio latte. They said they could make it. After waiting for 10 minutes they told me the machine was broken. I asked for a black tea lemonade sweetened. They gave me someone else’s drink on accident and called me back once I walked a few steps. Then they finally gave me my tea but it was just normal black tea. So slow the service was great before now they have a couple new people and the service is really lacking. I was first in line and after me was a long line so the guy decides to ring up everyone one before making drinks then.... everyone got their drink and I was still waiting even though I was first and with a cart of of food praying it doesn’t go bad. Then didn’t even make my drink and I ask for a refund he said we don’t give refunds. Is this true a place doesn’t give refunds??! My drink wasn’t even made yet!!!!!
