Terrible customer service! Do not go here! Especially if you are fairly new to the sport. I recently brought a ball to be drilled there and the guy just looked at it and said, "Oh you want this chinese thing drilled"? Apparently it was made in China and he didn't like that. That was literally the only thing the guy said to me as we sat in silence and he measured my hand. Like I was offending him for bringing him business. Never asked if I new about the different lay outs of balls or anything. Then I just went in there today for some thumb tape and no help. The guy just said, "You want white or black?" I'm like I have no clue. I've literally never put thumb tape in the hole in my life. It's like I'm bothering these people even though there's never anyone in there. I've never felt so unwelcome in a place in my life. There's plenty of other pro shops to go to so do yourself a favor and...

I bought my first bowling ball here today. The employees were both very helpful, and very casual, making me comfortable by chatting. It didn't feel like they were trying to sell me anything. They didn't try to lead me to the most expensive products either! They helped me understand all the questions that they were asking me, and the guy drilling my ball out stayed late to get the fit right even though I told him I could come back the next day. I was so happy that I went and tried my ball out tonight (the same night they gave it to me.) My first roll was a strike. I played 3 hours tonight and my hand feels great. I only bowl once a year, but when I do, my hand usually hurts after an hour. They really did a good job on measuring my grip to make it feel good. I have been bowling for over 15 years and I can easily say without a doubt this was the best customer service I have ever received! I went in to purchase a bowling ball today, but I still had a few questions. Not only did they answer my questions, but Dave watched me bowl a few frames and made some great suggestions from there. There was no pressuring to purchase and he made the experience overall very enjoyable. I have been in several pro shops that are completely unwelcoming and the employees are just flat out rude. You will not get that here and that is why I will never purchase a bowling ball from any...
