Took my sons phone in for a screen repair. Got it back and couldn't use the phone any longer without WiFi. I checked everything I knew of to check and all seemed to be the way it was supposed to. I then had my husband and son take it to T-Mobile and they looked at it and said that there is nothing on their end and all setting were fine. And they said we would have to take it back to the phone repair shop. They said they sometimes need to mess with wires, for example unplug the screen to reaffix to the new one. So I called the phone clinic and they said it sounds like the antenna is having an issue and BASICALLY there is nothing they can do about it. I asked if they could just look at it for me to see if anything was missed and he said that there is basically nothing they would be able to do. So the only issue we has when we went in is the screen that I paid $150 to fix. And bow I have a phone that my son can only use to call me (with his phone number and all) when he is connected to WiFi. So if he gets hurt at the bus stop that is about a couple miles from my house his phone is as use full as a brick. And when he said the antenna I thought, this is a phone repair place can they just check the antenna for me. Nope. And as of the new year the company hasn't even reached out to us in anyway...
Read moreAfter 2 years my pixel's battery was only lasting 3 or 4 hours. A 30 minute battery replacement turned into a 2 day battery replacement, which turned into more than 10 days of my phone being in the shop. I was called after 4 or 5 days and informed of 'hardware damage that they found, which they offered to repair free of charge' After picking my phone back up the fingerprint reader was non-functional, which I don't use much, so I could live with it. The phone started getting hot when running game apps and while charging, so I had to play and charge it in smaller intervals (30 minutes at a time) The phone eventually started power cycling itself while charging and became so hot it shut itself down. The phone no longer will boot up as it just power cycles while plugged in.*
*This is just my personal experience the other reviews seem pretty good. I understand mistakes happen, but I very much regret my decision to get my phone repaired here.

Read moreCool shop, quick, and friendly staff, with some very good prices - had major issues with my first screen replacement they gave me and they blew it off as defective, yet were nice and gave me another new screen free of charge, as it was within the first few days and fell under their warranty they offer. Now, just 2 weeks later, this screen is having the exact same issues + the touch screen just stops working all together rendering my phone useless until i plug it into a computer to restart it. At this point i have concluded they are not using legitimate products for their customers replacements, and are giving people lower quality displays for their thousand dollar + phones, and are charging people the same prices as a licensed retailer who will give you a real OEM screen. Will not be bothering with them to fix this - at this point I most likely need to buy a whole new phone. Would not recommend getting your...
